In recent years,low altitude,slow speed and small aircraft(LSS-UVA)is developing quickly.However,the LSS-UVA is difficult to find,detect and identify,it brings many threats to the national security and economy.Naturally,it is of great significance to develop the multiple cooperative detection system in order to realize the measurement of threatening target location and speed information and provide data supports to the subsequent recognition and interception.Thesis mainly studied LSS-UVA motion information perception technology based on the laser rangefinder.Measuring the distance and the location of LSS-UVA by the laser rangefinder accomplishes the air positioning for the target.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:Firstly,according to the principle of target reflection characteristics and the laser ranging principle,improving the laser signal transmitted power as well as decreasing the beam divergence angle the following methods can improve the maximum detection range.The theory of position information detection is used to measure the distance,position and speed of the target object.Secondly,the measurements of distance information angle information are realized by the TDC chip and the angle sensor chip respectively.Establish NIOS II processor to control the system.For example,pulse emission control,threshold setting and TDC communication.Laser emission circuit,laser receiving circuit,moment discrimination circuit,distance measurement circuit and angle measurement circuit are designed.Thirdly,the upper computer software is designed.The upper computer software interface is consisted of serial port setting area,control area,state information area,parameter information area and result information area.Finally,the parameters of the system are tested..including acquiring the parameters of pulse laser linked to the distance range.Laser pulse energy,laser pulse waveform,laser pulse divergence angle are the components of the parameters.The range indicators of the laser rangefinder includes distance range,range error,angle resolution and distance resolution.
