With the development of economy and the progress of science and technology, many large buildings arise at the historic moment. Safety monitoring as the guarantee of building quality has an irreplaceable role in the safe operation of large buildings. High and new technology is adopted to establish the effective and perfect safety monitoring management system, for grasping the deformation information of large buildings real-timely, analysis of deformation trend and finding the safe hidden troubles to take early measures to prevent and reduce the financial loss. Therefore,the safety monitoring work is particularly important for large construction and people’s safety.This paper is to provide a laser ranging based good reliability, easy operation, low cost of monitoring system to realize the telemetry of object displacement. Based on laser ranging principle, this paper determine the overall scheme of the system, mainly including three parts designs such as pulse laser emission system, echo signal receiving system and time interval measurement system, and the content of the specific finish is as follows:①Using TTL circuit is to complete the design of the laser driver circuit, and In Ga As APD is adopted to finish the design of APD receiving circuit and signal shaping circuit. Through simulation and actual circuit test, the pulsed signal sources time interval measurement system needing were successfully detected.② Using the professional chip TDC_GP2 finished the research of time interval measurement instrument, including TDC_GP2, MSP430 single-chip and LABVIEW PC. The TDC_GP2 is controlled by single-chip, and the SPI and R232 serial ports respectively completed the communication task between TDC_GP2 and single-chip, single-chip and LABVIEW PC. At the same time, based on the LABVIEW, this paper presents a screening average method of data processing, and basically achieved automatic measurement, data processing, etc. Finally, using the FPGA verify the accuracy of time interval measurement instrument, and verification results show that: through the introduction of screening average method, accuracy of the time interval measurement instrument can be up to 5ps of less than, equaling to 1mm distance precision less than.③ Optical fiber are adopted to simulate the actual optical path, this paper completed the construction of the whole laser ranging system, done the practical simulation test, and achieved a certain effect.Complete in the design of the whole system, this paper had an analysis and summary on the laser ranging, and points out the weakness of system and the direction of future improvement. Through research, this paper proposes a practical application of high precision remote sensing system based on laser ranging, and this research will lay the groundwork for the construction of security supervision system of large constructions. |
