In the modern war,the low vulnerability and security of the warhead under the condition of intense stimulation is required higher and newer.Optimized warhead shell structure has received attention as an important aspect to improve the safety of warheads.This thesis carried out in warhead charge structure under the fragment impact of the failure mechanism and the corresponding design of the special-shaped composite shell.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)The mathematical model of special-shaped shell charge under fragments impact wss established.Based on the reflection and refraction phenomena of the shock wave incidenting obliquely on the shell and air media interface,the peak value of the displacement amplitude of the reflected wave was obtained.Theoretical analysis shows that the V-shape shell could effectively enhance the reflection and refraction of the shock wave to reduce the shock wave into the next shell.Combined with the critical energy criterion of compound shell charge structure,it was considered that the equivalent diameter of fragment could be reduced by the special-shaped shell.The rationality of the criterion and the anti-impact detonation performance of V-shape composite shell were verified by numerical simulation.(2)Based on fuzzy mathematics and closeness theory,the shock wave pressure,the swing angle of the pendulum caused by the external reaction of charge,the scattering speed of the outer shell of the charge circumference,the deformation pits of the target,the brightness of the fire produced by the reaction,explosive residues after reaction and other parameters were employed to synthetically judge the reaction grade of the shell charge,and the corresponding reaction grade evaluation program was developed.(3)The structural design of the special-shaped shell and the impact initiation of the special-shaped shell charge structure were carried out.The effects of different convex structure,material combination,V-shape cone angle and space on the reaction grade of the charge structure under the fragment impact were obtained.The special-shape composite shell structure scheme with the optimum impact resistance capability was obtained.(4)The numerical simulation of the impact initiation of special-shaped shell charge structure was conducted by AUTODYN-3D software.The special-shape shell structure with the optimum performance of impact detonation was obtained by changing the V-shape cone angle.The structure scheme of the special-shape shell is in good agreement with the theoretical and experimental results.
