| In today’s society,with the popularization of electrification,more and more electric equipment are used.Some consumers steal electric energy in order to reduce the cost of electric energy based on their own interests.According to the investigation,most of the electricity theft is realized by connecting the electric cabinet and the internal electric energy meter.However,at present,the main anti stealing methods of electric power enterprises are to realize basic protection by protecting the electric energy meter and preventing the wiring from changing,while the protection of the electric box and cabinet basically stays in the original state,that is,only the mechanical lock is used to realize the anti-theft function.However,according to the statistics of the methods of stealing electricity,the importance of protecting the electric cabinet should not be underestimated.Therefore,in order to prevent electricity theft comprehensively and improve the effect of electricity theft prevention,this paper develops an intelligent electricity theft prevention system based on object interlocking.The functions of the system mainly include power theft detection,unpacking identification,remote control,and information statistics.The system can detect the occurrence of electricity theft such as strong magnetism,line replacement,etc.;the use of object interlocking for human-computer interaction can effectively identify and record the information of the unpacker;the intelligent anti-theft system and the management center can be realized through the 4G module Remote interaction.First of all,based on the existing technology and actual electricity theft,the function of the R&D system is studied.Based on functional requirements,design the overall framework of the electric box cabinet anti-theft system,analyze the feasibility and safety of the design scheme.Formulate an electric box cabinet anti-theft system based on the interlocking system,make the anti-theft system interlocking as the cornerstone,and take the controller as the core,connect the hardware of each part into a complete system,and let each hardware complete step by step This job.Then,based on the needs of the formulated program,select the appropriate hardware and design the relevant peripheral circuits.It includes central processor module,interlocking module,information interaction module,anti-theft module,opening and closing module,identification module and camera module.The powerful STM32 is selected as the main control core of the system,and the MT2503 interlocking chip is used with the SIM900 a 4G module and the camera to realize intelligent unlocking and interactive storage of information data.According to the characteristics of the hardware,the idea of designing the software realization process of the anti-theft system is designed.The software implementation process adopts a design mode in which multiple sets of tasks are implemented on demand.According to the characteristics of the relevant real-time operating system,the information interaction scheme between various tasks of the system is determined,and the importance and sequence of various tasks of the system are reasonably arranged.Based on the design ideas of the system hardware,a suitable practical operating system is transplanted,and an anti-theft system software development platform based on the interlock of objects is built.Based on the system’s software design ideas,the ideas and implementation process of each task are explained in detail.Finally,the system is debugged and analyzed,and the design goal is achieved. |
