| At present,the aging population is more and more serious.It has attracted a lot of attention.Base on this background,there is a trend to encourage older persons to re-employment and relieve the crisis of population aging.However,the service model of community pays less attention to the elderly people’s social participation.It also ignores the potential demand for re-employment of elderly people.Therefore,how to provide a good re-employment service experience for the elders is a worth study subjectThe purpose of this research is to propose a new system construction and design for the existing community re-employment service for the young elderly.Meet the psychological expectations and service needs of the elderly in the process of re-employment,and provide convenient re-employment services for the elderly.Construct theoretically the research framework of service design applied to the reemployment of the young and old community.The methods include literature,interview and service design In the research stage of service context,summarize the current situation of elderly service and re-employment research by searching relevant literature to determine the design opportunity point of the context.In the stage of service demand insight,communicate with the re-employed elders and relevant institutions through the development of research plans and interview tools.Analyze the life style and core demands of the young elders for re-employment.Comb the relationship between re-employed elders and stakeholders with stakeholder map.Build the personas based on six user samples.Analyze the service process and experience status with the user experience map.Extract the key situations and analyze,including re-employment information acquisition,contact interview,result waiting,obtaining work situation.Accordingly,put forward five design opportunities and reflect the relationship with the re-employment core demands of the young elderly.They are the integrated senior talents information system,information quick matching system,online interview service,consulting communication,experience evaluation and sharing communication.Synthesize the user research results and design insights.Construct the re-employment service system of the community for the young elderly in the stage of service design.And show the whole service process in the form of service blueprint and storyboard Finally,according to the design opportunity,the information architecture platform and service prototype design practice are completed in the design execution stageThis subject from service design systematically analyzes the re-employment service process of the young elderly.It constructs a new re-employment information service system in the community with the help of multi stakeholders.The system not only meets the young elderlys’ re-employment in the community demand,but also proposes a specific solution to enhance the employment service experience.It explores the possibility of the elderly re-employment in the service design area. |
