Research On The Design Of Zhuyinli Community Elderly Care Service Center Based On The Integration Of The Old And The Young

With the aging of China’s population and changes in family structure and living patterns,traditional elderly care services no longer meet the needs of the development of the old and young groups,and the community is gradually becoming an important support for elderly care services.From the current situation of community elderly care facilities in China,most of them have problems such as old and lacking,single perspective,and lacking in the emotional needs of the old and young groups.This thesis is based on the concept of integration of the old and the young and the psychological needs of the old and the young as the basis for design practice,and the different service facilities required by the elderly and young children in the community,so that the existing resources can be effectively integrated to explore a more optimal composite space for the old and the young in line with domestic development.The structure of this paper is divided into seven chapters.Chapter 1 describes the background of the study,the purpose and significance of the study,the current situation of domestic and foreign research,the content and methods of the study,and Chapter 2mainly subdivides and composes the theories related to this study.The third chapter compares and analyzes the physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly and children,summarizes the fit between the characteristics of the elderly and children,and summarizes the relevant design elements based on the actual needs of the elderly and children from the field research.The fourth chapter combines the previous analysis with the concept of integration of the old and the young to propose corresponding design strategies.Chapter 5 presents the design practice by applying the results of the previous research.Chapter 6 concludes the thesis and provides an outlook on the subsequent research.
