The transmission grid in the power system carries the main task of transmitting electrical energy.Daily effective inspection of high-voltage transmission lines can reduce power system accidents caused by transmission line failures.In China,the inspection of high-voltage transmission lines is mainly done manually.However,with the increase of the total length of high-voltage transmission lines,we need to find a new way to replace the manual inspection of high-voltage transmission lines.In this paper,the UVA cruise photography technology is applied to the daily inspection of the transmission network.Based on the research of the extraction method of the high-voltage transmission line in the image,the measurement method of the sag of the high-voltage transmission line and the calculation method of the dancing parameters of the high-voltage transmission line,an aerial image based transmission line dancing detection research is proposed.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the characteristics of aerial high-voltage transmission line image.In this paper,through the study of image enhancement algorithm,the problems of reduced contrast and uneven distribution of image brightness in aerial images are solved.An improved adaptive median filter algorithm is designed to solve the problem of image quality degradation caused by noise in aerial images.The image quality can be improved by preprocessing.(2)Extraction of high-voltage transmission lines based on aerial images with complex backgrounds.By analyzing the characteristics of high-voltage transmission lines,an adaptive threshold Canny operator is proposed to achieve image edge detection,and a least squares interference removal random Hough transform high-voltage transmission line extraction algorithm is designed to achieve Accurately identify and extract power lines in aerial images.(3)Based on the accurate identification and extraction of the high-voltage transmission line in the image,the spatial curve model of the transmission line in the image is restored by using 3D reconstruction technology,and the sag size of the transmission line can be obtained by analyzing the model.Combined with the methodproposed in the paper,the simulation experiment platform is built to calculate and analyze the sag of the simulated transmission line.Finally,the sag of a high voltage transmission line within a range is measured by a UAV.(4)Based on the measurement of the sag of high voltage transmission line,the relationship between the parameters of the transmission line dancing and the sag value is analyzed.This paper presents a method for calculating the dancing parameters of high voltage transmission lines based on the sag value.By taking the sag value as the target point,the relationship between the dancing parameters and the sag value of transmission lines can be used to effectively solve the dancing parameters of high voltage transmission lines.The simulation platform of dancing is built,and the above method is used to calculate dancing parameters.The experiment shows that this method has high reliability and can be applied to engineering practice.
