| Based on the era background of intelligent manufacturing,traditional design methods can no longer meet the needs of product innovation design.The mixer truck has played an important role in the construction of roads,bridges and buildings.The use of mixer trucks often faces problems such as damage to the feed hopper and damage to the sliding chute.Therefore,the integration of product design methods and technologies,cross-disciplinary research,combined with technical research to explore,hoping to explore product innovation design programs that can effectively meet user needs.Therefore,this article explores the integration of multiple design methods and technologies,and innovatively designs a device solution that can effectively remove the residual concrete in the hopper and sliding chute of the mixer truck.First of all,through investigation and research,the information related to the mixing hopper and sliding chute cleaning of the mixer truck is obtained,and it is expressed in the form of a storyboard.Based on this,the existing problems in the cleaning process are excavated to obtain the relevant mixer hopper hopper.The user demand items of the sliding chute cleaning are sorted by KJ method and fuzzy clustering method to determine the representative user demand items.The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the relative weight of each user’s demand item,thereby constructing a user demand chromatographic structure model.On this basis,the function-behavior-structure(FBS)model is used to construct the future scenario of the residual concrete cleaning of the feed hopper and the chute.Secondly,through the analysis of the functional structure of the existing mixing hopper hopper,sliding chute cleaning device and existing cleaning device,combined with the user demand model to innovate the new residual concrete cleaning device functional structure,according to its functional element solution,Applying morphological matrix to synthesize multiple functional principles.The Kano model is used to classify user needs and determine the relative importance of the demand items.On this basis,QFD is used to map the user demand items to the technical characteristics of the design scheme,and calculate the weight of each technical characteristic.The roughness number is used to express the evaluation data of the technical characteristics of each design scheme,and the satisfaction of the technical characteristics of each design scheme is calculated.According to this,the best scheme—the self-rotating steel brush scrubber scheme is selected.Finally,using Creo and keyshot software,three-dimensional modeling and appearance modeling effect expression of the preferred concrete mixer truck self-rotating steel brush scrubber program,and a virtual simulation of its use process,illustrates the innovative design of the concrete mixer truck The solution of self-rotating steel brush scrubber for cleaning residual concrete in feed hopper and sliding chute is feasible and highly meets the needs of users. |
