Research On Innovative Design Of Humanized Operation Scheme For Small Unavoidable Mechanical Stereo Garage

New demands lead to new things,and the iteration of things is indispensable for design innovation.On the basis of traditional design theory,we need to intervene in more research methods and techniques,and combine research methods in different fields to make design More in line with the needs of the contemporary people.This article takes the above as the background,based on the existing product design method,through the comprehensive application of other design methods and technologies to innovate,the innovative design of the existing small non-avoidance mechanical stereo garage humanized operation scheme to meet the access vehicle The safety and humanization needs of the relevant personnel in the process.This paper collects samples of the use of mechanical stereo garages through network and field surveys,and selects three typical samples of fully open,semi-open and fully enclosed stereo garages.Construct a typical sample use process interactive story story version,on the basis of extracting the user(driver,passenger and pedestrian)demand,and apply the KJ method to sort out the more independent user demand items,through the professional evaluation method,use the AHP method to determine The weight of each demand item is used to construct a mechanical stereo garage user demand model,and accordingly,a mechanical stereo garage use process interactive future situation story version is constructed.Based on the functional analysis method,on the basis of analyzing the functional principle of three typical products humanized operation,the principle scheme of humanized operation of small non-avoidance mechanical stereo garage was innovated,and six feasible schemes were selected.By constructing a program evaluation index system,,the AHP method is used to determine the weight of each evaluation index of the small non-avoidance mechanical stereo garage humanized operation plan.On this basis,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to select the optimal feasibility scheme for the humanized operation of mechanical stereo garage.The three-dimensional digital model of the humanized operation scheme of the mechanical stereo garage is constructed by using software such as Pro/E.Based on this,the characteristics of the innovative functional scheme are explained,and the feasibility andeffectiveness of the innovative design scheme are further explained through the use of process interactive situation simulation analysis.
