With the rapid development of the global economy,problems such as greenhouse effect and energy depletion have become increasingly prominent.China’s energy consumption data shows that the total energy consumption of buildings in the country accounts for more than 46.5% of the total energy consumption in the whole life cycle of the country.Therefore,from the perspective of energy conservation and consumption reduction in the construction industry,the development of green buildings is of great significance to implement the concept of sustainable development,alleviate ecological problems,and achieve the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.However,the development of green buildings in China has problems such as heavy design over operation and low user satisfaction.From the perspective of users,this paper carries out the evaluation and research of the influencing factors of green residential user satisfaction,and proposes improment paths,which provides theoretical and data support for improving the satisfaction of green residential users and promoting the development of green buildings in China.The main contents are as follows:(1)Build a variable system of green residential user satisfaction.A variable system of green residential user satisfaction with green housing,user perceived value,user satisfaction and user loyalty as the main body is constructed.Based on the domestic and foreign green housing evaluation index system and related user satisfaction theories,the performance indicators reflected in the operation stage of green housing and the indicators that can be correctly perceived by users are screened,and then a green residential user satisfaction variable system composed of 8latent variables and 29 observation variables is constructed,and 7 theoretical hypotheses are put forward according to the correlation between each variable.(2)Build a green residential user satisfaction evaluation model.The structural equation model is used to verify the rationality and accuracy of the hypothesis proposed by the green residential user satisfaction variable system.The principal component analysis method is used to calculate the weights of each variable,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to comprehensively evaluate the satisfaction of green residential users,and then constitute the green residential user satisfaction evaluation model.(3)Empirical analysis: Taking the green residential community of Fuying Tianlu Lake in Qingdao City,Shandong Province as an example.An empirical analysis is carried out on Fuying Tianlu Lake Green Residential District in Qingdao City,Shandong Province to verify the feasibility of the model.Firstly,hypothesis testing is performed using structural equation models.The results show that the seven theoretical assumptions proposed according to the green residential user satisfaction variable system are valid.Secondly,the principal component analysis of the green residential user satisfaction variable system is carried out to calculate the weight.The results show that the observation variables such as road setting and indoor thermal insulation effect in the community have a great influence on the satisfaction of green residential users.Next,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of green residential user satisfaction is carried out.The results show that the user satisfaction of the green residential community is between "a little satisfied" and "satisfied".Finally,according to the weight size of each variable and the evaluation results,the improvement path of green residential user satisfaction is proposed. |
