Research On The Factors Of Service Mode Change In The Construction Enterprises From The Perspective Of Innovation Driven

With the continuous development of service economy,companies gradually change from traditional commodity providers to “commodity + service” comprehensive problem-solving service providers,so as to obtain absolute competitive advantage in the fierce market competition.The construction industry is an important part of the national economy,it has become an inevitable trend for the construction industry to transform and upgrade its productive service from construction-centered to service-centered.Innovation-driven change has been widely concerned by scholars at home and abroad,and how to achieve the change of enterprise service mode driven by innovation is an urgent problem to be solved in the construction industry.This study determines the connotation of innovation driven and change of service mode,and the feasibility and necessity of service-oriented in the construction industry,then the influencing factors of service mode change in the construction industry are explored from the perspective of innovation driven.Firstly,this study uses grounded theory to code various types of data,determines six main categories of innovation drivers: enterprise management innovation,engineering technology innovation,relationship coordination of innovation subjects,enterprise innovation culture,market environment dynamics,government support behavior,and constructs a theoretical model of influencing factors according to the relationship between the categories.Secondly,categories formed by grounded theory are taken as the basic framework of the influencing factors scale,and 319 valid questionnaires are collected through questionnaire survey,the questionnaire is verified by reliability and validity analysis.Finally,structural equation model and regression analysis are used to explore the mechanism of the main driving factors of innovation on the change of service mode of construction companies,as well as the moderating effect of market environment dynamics and government support behavior.The results show that:(1)enterprise management innovation,engineering technology innovation,relationship coordination of innovation subjects,enterprise innovative culture,market environment dynamics and government support behavior all have significant positive effects on the change of service mode,and internal innovation drive factors can promote the change of service mode more than externalinnovation drive factors.It shows that compared with the innovation environment,the cooperation of innovation subjects and the input of innovation factors have a greater impact on the change of service mode of construction companies,among which enterprise management innovation and relationship coordination of innovation subjects have a high degree of influence on the change of service mode of construction companies,while the promotion of enterprise innovative culture is weak.(2)The dynamic market environment has a significant positive moderation on the relationship between the cooperation of innovation subjects and service mode change,government support behavior has a significant positive moderating effect on the relationship between enterprise innovative culture and service mode change,while the dynamic market environment and government support behavior have a positive moderating effect on the relationship between engineering technological innovation and service mode change.The innovations of this study are as follows:(1)clarified the necessity and feasibility of the change of service mode in the construction industry,and further enriched the application of service transformation in the construction industry;(2)from the perspective of innovation driven technology,the study explores the impact of innovation driving force composed of innovation subject,innovation elements and innovation environment on the change of service mode of construction companies,which enriches the relevant research on the service-oriented of construction industry.The research builds the theoretical model of influencing factors through grounded theory,and empirically explores the path relationship among the influencing factors.The results provide theoretical support and effective countermeasures and suggestions for the development of service mode change in the construction industry,which has important theoretical and practical significance for the sustainable development of the construction industry.
