| Breakthrough survey is one of the important contents of underground engineering survey.It is mainly used to ensure that multiple opposite or co-directional tunneling working faces of roadways or shafts can be dug according to predetermined design requirements.Breakthrough survey usually requires laying long-distance wires in the underground.Due to the small underground space and poor observation environment,the measurement results are easily to be affected.The measurement errors can be accumulated and high-accuracy through requirements are difficult to be ensured.Gyro orientation measurement,as an all-weather,less dependent condition,and high-precision measurement method,plays an important role in breakthrough survey.GAT high-precision maglev gyroscope total station is a high-precision full-automatic gyro orientation instrument developed by Institute of Surveying and Spatial Information of Changan University and the 16 th Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation.This instrument has independent intellectual property rights and has been widely used in tunnel through measurement,urban subways,mines,battle fields and other fields.This paper mainly studies the processing of the maglev gyroscope measurement data.Based on the analysis of basic principle of gyro orientation and key technologies of GAT maglev gyroscope,a data processing method of maglev gyroscope based on the current distribution characteristics of stator and rotor is proposed drawing on the LFU cache elimination algorithm.The main research contents are as follows:The basic principle of gyro orientation is analyzed,and key technologies used in GAT high-precision maglev gyroscope such as maglev support technology,photoelectric torque feedback control technology,multi-position north seeking technology and massive data acquisition technology are analyzed.The quality control of the maglev gyro orientation measurement is analysised.A data processing method of maglev gyroscope based on the current distribution characteristics of stator and rotor is proposed.Based on the analysis of the basic characteristics of the stator and rotor current obtained by the maglev gyro total station through mass data acquisition technology,combined with the special characteristics of the stator and rotor current,and drawing on the LFU cache elimination algorithm in the computer field,a gyro data processing method based on the characteristics of the stator and rotor current distribution is proposed.The processing method is to set a certain threshold to eliminate the data with low frequency and retain the most frequently occurring data.Based on this method,the elimination threshold is set to 10,and the data of the gyro directional measurement in the calm state,weak interference state,and strong interference state are processed.The results show that the algorithm will not affect the measurement results in the calm state.The measurement results under the interference state have a significant improvement effect.By setting an appropriate elimination threshold,the abnormal interference data can be effectively removed.Finally,based on the actual engineering data,the data processing method proposed in this paper is applied to the post-processing of gyro orientation measurement data in a mining project.The processing results show that the algorithm can improve the gyro orientation measurement accuracy. |
