| As a kind of specific manifestation of carrying out The Belt and Road’s strategic layout and the main carrier of deepening economic exchanges between China and countries along the line of The Belt and Road,the number of CHINA RAILWAY Express has steadily increased with continuous construction of The Belt and Road.By the end of 2019,more than 21000 trains of CHINA RAILWAY Express have been opened.However,in the process of continuous development of CHINA RAILWAY Express,the cost of empty container repositioning and leasing remains high.Firstly,Most of the CHINA RAILWAY Express companies’ number of backhaul and outbound is unbalanced.And a considerable number of empty containers cannot be transported back after unloading abroad.Then,each company mainly represents the interests of the local government.Their own and leased containers are for their own use only.And container resources are not fully utilized.Therefore,it is necessary to put forward the strategy of container sharing in view of the current situation of the empty container problem of CHINA RAILWAY Express.Reducing the operation cost of CHINA RAILWAY Express and improving the utilization rate of containers through the optimization of empty container repositioning and leasing under container sharing.At last,promoting CHINA RAILWAY Express to a stage of high-quality development,with more brand influence and vitality.This thesis mainly studies how to implement the container sharing strategy and how to optimize the empty container repositioning and leasing under the strategy.The core contents are as follows:Firstly,this thesis analyzes the circulation process of CHINA RAILWAY Express’ containers based on the current situation of empty containers problem.It then summarizes the causes of the empty container problem,and puts forward the container sharing strategy.It also analyzes the basis and implementation of container sharing in CHINA RAILWAY Express,and designs the empty container repositioning and leasing strategy under container sharing.Secondly,in order to minimize the cost of empty container acquisition of CHINA RAILWAY Express,this thesis builds a single period optimization model of empty container repositioning and leasing based on container sharing.The genetic algorithm is selected according to the characteristics of the model.And the suitable chromosome generation operator,mutation operator and crossover operator are designed to ensure the feasibility of chromosomes.Then,an example is given to show that the model can reduce the cost effectively.It also proves that the model is efficient and the algorithm is feasible.At last,considering the dynamic characteristics of empty container allocation in reality,combined with the way of empty container acquisition and container sharing strategy,this paper builds a multi period empty container repositioning and leasing optimization model with the lowest total cost of empty container acquisition and stable transportation network.And this thesis uses Lyapunov optimization method to transform this complex multi period global optimization problem into single period optimization problem.Then it uses the GA algorithm proposed above to solve the single period optimization problem.This paper finally takes 13 companies as a research object which can operate CHINA RAILWAY Express regularly and collects relevant actual data according to national railway policy,literature search,field survey and so on.By comparing with the empty container acquisition cost without container sharing,it shows that the model can effectively improve the container utilization rate and reduce the empty container acquisition cost in the decision-making period.Furthermore,this thesis analyzes the influence of relevant parameters on CHINA RAILWAY Express. |
