Research On Railway Empty Container Reposition

Optimal allocation of railway empty container is an important part of the railway container transportation.The level of empty container transport and the choice of transport methods in railway container transport companies can not only directly affect the size of empty container transport costs,but also have indirect impact on all operational links on the entire container transport chain.At the same time,it is more related to the cost and profit of the container transportation and even it affects the further development of container transportation.First,this paper expounds the container related theory,analyzes the causes of the empty container transportation,reveals the essence of the empty box transportation,analyzes the characteristics of the railway container empty container transportation,and finally determines the problems to be solved in the transportation of the railway container empty container,and finds the solutions and the objectives to be completed.From the perspective of the system,the components of the railway container empty container transport system are analyzed,and the cost of railway container empty container dispatching is analyzed,and customer satisfaction is considered.Second,in this paper,many factors in the optimization process of railway container empty container transportation are fully considered.First,the empty container transportation model based on the minimum cost and the highest customer satisfaction is set up.Secondly,in order to adapt to the actual needs,the time window and the priority factors are introduced into the model,and the container empty container transportation model is established to satisfy the high priority empty container demand and the maximum profit.Finally,through programming examples to solve,it verifies the effectiveness of the established models and algorithms.
