| The integrated development of cities in the region has increased the traffic demand between cities in region,and the road railway and aviation are the main transportation which connect the cities.At the same time,rail transit has played a major role in the urban region.Because the regional rail transit contains different types of rails and each of them is operated independently,the coordination level is low,which makes it difficult to make full use of the whole capacity of the regional rail transit system.In view of this situation,the key point of nowadays research is that how to meet the travel demand of cross-modal passenger flows by coordinating multi-modal rail transit in the regional rail transit system.Therefore,by optimizing the regional rail transit dynamic service network,this paper will coordinate the multi-modal rail transit to operate on time to satisfy the demand of cross-modal passenger travel in the region as much as possible,which will reduce the operating costs for companies and increase the operation ability.This paper mainly includes the following:(1)Giving an overview of the regional rail transit system.The first part gives the basic meaning of regional rail transit,as well as the different types of rail transit modes and corresponding characteristics.Secondly,Japan’s Tokyo area,where the regional rail system is very developed,the Yangtze River Delta region,which is generally developed,and the Cheng Yu developing regions,are introduced.Finally,the current status and deficiencies of the existing regional rail transit system are summarized.(2)The travel demand characteristics of passengers in the area are analyzed in detail.First,we classify passengers traveling on regional rail transit,and analyze the characteristics of passenger travel demand.Second,based on the classification of passengers,we analyze the travel characteristics of cross-mode passengers,and then obtain the overall characteristics of cross-mode passengers in the regional rail transit system.(3)An optimization model for the dynamic service network of regional rail transit is established.Firstly,the dynamic service network is introduced,and the meaning of the dynamic service network of regional rail transit is given.Then,based on the spacetime network theory,a space-time network which is suitable for regional rail transit is designed.According to the characteristics of regional rail transit passenger flow,a regional rail transit dynamic service network design model is formulated with minimizing generalized cost as the objective function and satisfying various constraints,and based on the analysis of travel demand characteristics of passengers,a passengersloading-scheme is given.(4)An evaluation system of regional rail transit dynamic service network has been established with economic,timeliness and reliability as indicators.By analyzing the constructed dynamic service network,passengers and the overall dynamic service network are obtained as evaluation objects.Based on the characteristics of these two different objects,a regional rail transit dynamic service network evaluation system is established.(5)The Lagrangian relaxation algorithm is designed according to the characteristics of the model and the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and algorithm are verified by numerical study.Firstly,a small case is designed to verify the optimization model of the regional rail transit dynamic service network.Secondly,the Lagrangian relaxation algorithm is provided.Based on the small case,the algorithm shows its validity.Finally,a large case is solved,and the optimized regional rail transit dynamic service network is evaluated based on timeliness,economy and reliability.The result shows that this study can significantly reduce operating costs by coordinating operation of multi-modal rail transit with minimal impact on passenger waiting times. |
