| With the integrated development of regional multimodal rail transit network, the connectivity and the complexity of cross-regional channels are constantly enhanced. The complex network structure and the increasing demand of passenger flow not only promote the social and economic development among regions, but also bring great challenges to the regional multi-modal rail transit passenger flow organization, transportation organization and emergency safety management.Through the accurate grasp and analysis of passenger flow distribution, which can improve the decision-making level of regional multimodal rail transit management and control under the condition of operation disruption, and to provide an important theoretical basis and technical means for regional multimodal rail transit emergency disposal and emergency linkage response. Therefore, this paper by constructing the scheduleexpanded network of the regional multimodal rail transit under the condition of operation disruption to realize the dynamic assignment of passenger flow, accurately represents the dynamic changes of network passenger flow under the condition of operation disruption. This paper mainly includes the following contents:(1)Summarizing the regional multimodal rail transit network and the theory of passenger flow assignment. The author expounds the basic structure and connection mode of regional multimodal rail transit network, and gives the definition and classification of operation disruption.Based on the characteristics of passenger flow assignment of various transportation modes, this paper analyzes the applicability of schedule-based approach in regional multimodal rail transit, and introduces the theory from three aspects of time-varying passenger OD division, assignment network and model in detail.(2)The author constructs the schedule-expanded network of the regional multimodal rail transit.Based on the connectivity of regional multimodal rail transit network,a regional multimodal rail transit super network is constructed from the physical topology level. On this basis, combined with the transportation organizational characteristics of each rail transit system, from the train operation level, this paper puts forward the construction method and components of the regional multimodal rail transit schedule-expanded network.Considering the change of network structure and the adjustment of train operation under the condition of operation disruption, the schedule-expanded network is reconstructed.(3)The author establishes the passenger flow assignment model based on regional multimodal rail transit.Firstly, the passenger flow affected by operation disruption is defined from two aspects: single mode and cross model travel.Secondly, under the normal operation and disruption of rail transit respectively,RP and SP questionnaires are designed to analyze passenger travel behavior. Then, according to the connectivity, time feasibility and cost selection range of regional multimodal rail transit schedule-expanded network,to define the effective path of schedule-expanded network, and propose the K-short path search algorithm based on schedule-expanded network. Finally, the generalized cost function based on travel time cost is established by combining the main influencing factors of route selection, and the regional multimodal rail transit schedule-expanded network flow assignment model is constructed, and the MSA algorithm for solving the model is proposed.(4)The case analysis of the regional multimodal rail transit in Chengdu-Chongqing.Based on passenger flow data and schedule data of multimodal rail transit in ChengduChongqing region,to construct the schedule-expanded network of multimodal rail transit in Chengdu-Chongqing region. The MSA algorithm is used to solve the passenger flow assignment model under the condition of closed stations and interval disruptions respectively. The assignment results can reasonably reflect the changes in the passenger flow of the network under the condition of operation interruption, verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm, and put forward a cross-model passenger travel plan, which provides a theoretical basis for regional multimodal rail transit emergency coordination and decision-making. |
