| With the optimization and adjustment of social economic structure and the continuous development of high-speed railway transportation,China’s high-speed railway has entered a new era of network operation.As the core product of passenger transportation organization,high-speed railway train operation plan directly affects the economic benefits and transportation efficiency of train operation.Therefore,from the perspective of benefit and efficiency,this paper studies the evaluation and adjustment of high-speed rail operation plan,and the main work is as follows:(1)Combined with the western economic theory,this paper defines the benefit and efficiency connotation of the high-speed railway operation plan,and analyzes the mechanism of the two from the three aspects of the relationship between the efficiency and benefit,the difference and connection,and the promotion way.(2)Starting from the input and output of high-speed railway train operation,the index system of benefit and efficiency are constructed from five aspects of economic benefit,equipment capacity,technical organization,vehicle bottom application and transportation service.Then the operation cost method is adopted on the classification calculation of train operation cost.Finally,12 EMU trains of Xian-Chengdu high-speed railway are selected as samples,with quantitative analysis and qualitative discussion combined to complete the selection of index system.(3)Combined with the principle of data envelopment analysis,aiming at the comprehensive evaluation demand of the benefit and efficiency for high-speed railway train operation scheme,the paper introduces the decision preference constraint,and establishes the traditional DEA evaluation model and super efficiency DEA evaluation model respectively,which are used for multi angle evaluation of train operation scheme.Finally,based on the projection analysis,taking into account the limited resources of transportation,and reasonably limiting the elements of transportation investment,the adjustment model of the high-speed rail operation plan is completed.(4)Taking the newly opened Xian-Cheng high-speed railway as a case,considering the peak passenger flow level,using Matlab software program to evaluate and adjust the weekday plan,summer plan and spring plan respectively,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the model. |
