As an independent economic entity,high-speed railway transport enterprises have the inherent nature of pursuing economic interests.Train operation plan is the guideline and core technology for rail transport organization,it has direct influence on the production efficiency and economic benefit.Therefore,this paper puts forward the evaluation method of high-speed railway train plan based on economic benefits,and further studies the optimization strategy and method of the train plan.The main contributions and research contents are given as follows:(1)The current status and development trend of high-speed railway transportation are analyzed and summarized.Analysis shows that the high-speed railway transportation plan combining with the socialist market economy,involved in the transportation sector in the form of market competition,is the inevitable requirement of high-speed railway transport enterprises to keep up with the development of the times.This paper summarizes the current researches of evaluation and optimization methods of train plan,and finds out that there is a lack of research on the economic benefits of the train plan in China.Therefore,the evaluation and optimization method of high-speed railway train plan based on economic benefits is put forward.(2)According to the connotation and the economic benefits of high-speed railway,this paper studies the operating cost,revenue and profitability,as well as the influence factors.Then the economic input and output are analyzed,and on this basis,the economic benefit evaluation index system of the high-speed railway train operation scheme is designed.(3)The basic principle of the data envelopment method,economic significance of DEA efficiency,and DEA projection theory are analyzed,then the evaluation model of high-speed railway train planning based on fuzzy DEA is built,and the solution of fuzzy DEA evaluation model,relative validity judgment and the ranking method are given.(4)An optimization model for high-speed trains based on fuzzy DEA is established.Based on the strategic space that may be adopted by the decision-makers,three improved models of the decision unit are studied.From the perspective of input-output,variation of production factors and risk preference,the optimization model of fuzzy DEA ineffective train plan based on input-output,input factor and risk preference are established respectively,and the optimization models are analyzed.(5)Taking the train operation plan of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway as a case,the evaluation and optimization model is analyzed and verified,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation and optimization method is validated.
