Design Research On Family Medical Products For Children

In recent years,the prevalence rate of asthma in children has risen significantly,but only3% of patients have good asthma control at the moment.About one-third to a half of childhood asthma will develop to asthma in adults if it is not actively treated.Studies have shown that childhood asthma can be effectively controlled,as long as they insist on pharmacy,and do a good job in daily asthma management.So this article takes children asthma family therapy products as an example,to study the design of family medical products for children,and the object of study is 6-12-year-old school-age children.Inhalation therapy is the most commonly used method for the treatment of asthma in children.School-aged children can use inhalation therapy by directly using pressureweighted aerosol,aerosol inhalation with space,inhalation of dry powder and inhalation of atomized solution.In this paper,the rapid development of Home Health Care Engineering and the Internet is the technical background.The theory of children’s psychology is used as a theoretical support.To study the application of children’s psychology in the treatment of childhood asthma.In addition,supportive therapies,cognitive therapies,behavioral therapies and psychological counseling and other psychological methods used to guide the design practice,through literature data analysis,user interviews,observation and other research methods to analyze the lack of products and the real needs of children with asthma.Finally,a smart aerosol inhaler and an application for asthmatic children and thier parents are designed.The design optimized the medication experience.And the article put forward the design concept of "delayed injection".It can solve the problem of children can not cooperate with hand and mouth,thereby reducing oropharyngeal residue,improve lung sedimentation rate,and to achieve better treatment effect.It can guide children correctly inhaled drugs,while children’s medication records and other data will be entered the application,to help to observe changes in the condition.The product has a removable structure design,its bottle and nozzle can be replaced.It is designed to meet the children’s ergonomics,when children use it,they can feel more comfortable and reasonable.The application service system can provide a doctor-patient communication platform to help children and parents to understand asthma better through psychological intervention therapy.Besides,it helps them to establish good home self-care habits,reduce their anxiety and other negative emotions,and enhance the confidence of treatment and motivation.The mellow styling and the Morandi colors deliver calm and peaceful information.They have psychologically positive supportive healing powers that can help reduce nervous and other negative emotions.The combination of the smart inhaler and the application services system helps children and parents conduct a full range of home self-care to manage asthma better.
