As an efficient engineering equipment,excavator is widely used in all kinds of earthwork.Excavator working device as its actuator,the articulated point of the sliding bearing under complex loading prone to rash set loose,excessive wear,shell,such as high temperature and sound fault,affect the mechanical properties.Based on the development of excavator sliding bearing,friction and wear testing machine to complete the construction of the bearing test platform,for the design and selection of sliding bearing excavator axis and provides data to establish the system of performance evaluation of the bearing support and theoretical guidance.The excavator working device on the basis of the reasonable simplification of established its position in the space model and mechanical model under the machine digging force,use the MATLAB analysis tools,to calculate the force of the articulated point load,the and communicate and the manufacturer are determined on the basis of the testing machine and complete technical requirements.According to the technical requirements,the whole machine design scheme is determined based on the concept design of the test machine.The key parts of each subsystem are checked and analyzed,and the selection of standard parts is completed.The servo control system is analyzed in order to guarantee the good loading performance of the testing machine.The mathematical model of loading system was established,the controller parameters were determined by simulation,and the effectiveness of the servo control system based on PI controller was verified.The testing machine was installed and tested,and the control strategy was further verified by loading force test.The servo control system based on PI controller is further analyzed,and the increase of load disturbance reduces the control performance and can not satisfy the control demand.To solve this problem,an auto-disturbance rejection controller is designed,and compared with PI controller has carried on the simulation experiment,proves its advanced nature in the inhibition of large load disturbance,expansion optimization provides theoretical guidance for late testing machine.
