In recent years,the railway stop wagon retarder is widely used in freight marshalling stations,and its main function is to prevent the freight trains from slipping.At present,the manufacture and installation of the stop wagon retarder technology is very mature,but the research and development and application of the automatic detection device supporting it have not been realized.The detection methods currently used require fixed locations and high construction costs,On-site workers have high labor intensity and low detection efficiency.In response to this situation,Southwest Jiaotong University independently developed a stop wagon retarder inspection vehicle,designed a mechanical structure and determined a control system scheme based on embedded technology.The core component of the control is STM32F103ZET6,and the peripheral equipment uses HMI touch screen,RFID radio frequency card reader,servo control system,data transfer unit 4G DTU wireless transmission module,motor and other components.For the human machine interface,the standard Modbus communication protocol is used to realize the function of parameter setting,button control and data transmission test result saving.In order to improve the reliability of industrial applications,this paper mainly discusses embedded hardware interface circuits,multitasking program development,real-time operating system task scheduling,and digital filtering in industrial control systems.In terms of hardware,complete the design of the external switch input interface circuit,communication interface circuit,and voltage divider circuit.In terms of software,the slave computer program transplants μC/OS-II real-time operating system,divides the tasks of each module,uses task scheduling to improve the real-time performance of the program,explores the Kalman filter algorithm,and use Simulink signal processing tools to observe the filtering effect;The host computer program combines the 4G DTU module used by the slave computer to realize remote data transmission,and the host computer realizes data analysis,data display and data storage query functions.Experiments and field use show that the stop wagon retarder inspection vehicle can complete the expected inspection work of the design,and the mechanical performance curve obtained by the inspection is a very intuitive and important judgment basis.The research work of the thesis has certain reference significance for the development of intelligent equipment technology.
