| China’s road freight market is in a period of rapid development,but it still faces the problem of excess transportation capacity.The organization level of freight market is very low,90% of the transportation capacity is individual drivers,and the industry concentration is only about 1.2%,which leads to the "small,miscellaneous,scattered and disorderly" structure of China’s road freight market.On-line freight exchange platform has emerged as a new organization and mode of operation of road freight and Internet integration.At the same time,the ratio of the total cost of social logistics and GDP is still as high as 14.7%,the unloaded ratio of road freight is as high as 40%,and the carbon emissions generated by road freight are still growing.Therefore,it is of theoretical significance and practical value to explore the dual optimization of regional road freight network cost and environment impact from the perspective of on-line freight exchange platform.This thesis starts with the analysis of GPS data mining of trucks on the on-line freight exchange platform,based on the data characteristics,the trajectory segmentation and the freight OD identification algorithm are designed to obtain the complete freight OD data of the truck sample.On this basis,the statistical physics method is used to carry out the statistical research on the travel distance,residence time and loading weight of the trucks,and finds that when it exceeds a certain range,the travel distance of trucks follows the weak power law distribution with strong heterogeneity.The residence time of trucks can be well fitted by exponential distributions of two terms,and it is closely related to the active degree of trucks.Different types of trucks have their own "preference" load range,and the capacity utilization also has some differences.Then the principal components analysis of the actual operational efficiency of the truck is carried out using the freight transaction data and the matching truck GPS data,and finds that the operational efficiency of the truck is a comprehensive test standard for optimizing regional road freight network.At the same time,through the quantitative research on the influencing factors of empty driving behavior of trucks,it is suggested that heavy trucks,such as trucks with 9.6m vehicle length and trucks with 13 m vehicle length should be engaged in trunk transportation,and light trucks,such as trucks with 4.2m vehicle length and trucks with 6.8m vehicle length should be mainly engaged in local town delivery or inter-province branch transportation,which can effectively reduce the unloaded ratio of trucks.Finally,according to the attribute characteristics of the truck samples,combined with the actual situation of the road freight,a freight order dispatch model with the optimal total cost of transportation cost,time cost and carbon tax cost of regional road freight network is constructed from the perspective of on-line freight exchange platform,and the algorithm is designed to solve the problem.the model and algorithm are scientifically and reasonably verified by an example analysis to enhance the research applicability of the model and algorithm. |
