Study On BPR About Carload Freight Of Rail Freight: Supported By XML-Based Data Exchange

(?)new business mode that using data exchange and (?)on the Internet.Its appearance makes a complex task to (?)problem about the rationality of the business processes (?)and cross-organization business processes?(?)search on BPR in rail freight processes under E-commerce (?)st,this paper express the meaning of Railway freight (?)scuss the theory of BPR and the relationship of BPR, (?)change.Meanwhile,it has introduced the XML and its (?)ndly,this paper give a example of the railway freight (?)Railway Bureau East Station,based on the first-hand (?)get,and make analysis to its shortages,put forward the (?)change as the objective of the process redesign.This paper (?)n flows,focusing on information in the process of transfer, (?)standard of quantizing.Through this analyze frame,this (?)ss should be improved,then use ESIA method to improve (?)r respects:re-assign of role,integrate and elimination both (?)entation,automation of data-exchange.Thirdly,this paper (?)earch results,and put forward study direction in the future.
