Research On The Design Strategy Of B&B Buildings In The Context Of Rural Revitalization

Under the background of the National Rural Revitalization Strategy,rural construction is rapidly developing.As an important part of rural industrial structure,the B&B remains a focal point of social capital and urban tourists in recent years.In this context,it is of great significance to explore the development mode and the design strategy of B&B buildings,which is also essential to improve the rural governance system,promote the transformation of rural industries and stimulate rural vitality.At present,developing B&B has these five characteristics: well-developed planning,operational environment,multi-function,indigenous identity and leisure entertainment,and all these has already gone beyond the scope of "space design".Designers need to take into account multiple rural elements such as "residents,culture,environment,scenery and industry ".Based on the rural industrial,management organization,natural and cultural elements,this paper analyzes and compares rural constructions and B&B development cases,in order to explore the development methods and design strategy of B&B.The paper is divided into 6 chapters:The first chapter introduces the research background and related concepts.Define the concept of rural revitalization,B&B buildings and other related concepts through reviewing the related international literature and materials.Finally put forward the research methods and framework.The second chapter mainly analyzes the relationship between the village and the B&B from the macro perspective,and clearly proposes that the B&B building,as a part of the rural industry,is linked with the existing environment and development of the village;The third chapter analyzes and summarizes the development experience of B&B buildings by exposition of the international rural B&B cases.It also puts forward the “three parties”management mechanism,establishing ecological rural industry and the development principles of B&B buildings.The fourth chapter focuses on the space level,from macro to meso,and then to the micro.Summarize the spatial design strategies of residential buildings.The fifth chapters take the B&B building design of Xishaoqu village in Miyun District of Beijing and the B&B reconstruction in Yanqing District as examples to verify the research results.The sixth chapter provides conclusions and limits of this paperBased on the rural B&B buildings,this paper explores the development and design strategies of B&B buildings in the context of rural revitalization.And may this thesis provide reference for the current rural revitalization and residential construction.
