With the rapid growth of car ownership in China and the trend of population agglomeration in cities,the stereo garage has become an important solution to meet the rapidly growing demand for parking.The current stereo garages mostly use local data collection and control.With the rise of "Internet +" and cloud computing,collecting sensor data to the cloud for big data processing based on artificial intelligence,and then achieving the "unattended" stereo garage function has become a development trend.With the support of the key R&D project in Jiangsu Province,this paper aims at intelligent stereo garage cloud data collection and control system.This paper researched the license plate signal extraction and the vibration signal denoising and compression algorithm of the stereo garage motor,and designed a cloud data collection and control device based on ARM + PLC + DSP,to provide reliable technical support for unattended intelligent stereo garage.Firstly,this paper proposed a license plate recognition algorithm based on MSER + SVM+ Le Net-5.Aiming at the character loss in the process of character region extraction,this paper proposed an improved algorithm for missing character completion based on permutation and combination rules,and optimized the algorithm flow.And the license plate recognition algorithm is implemented on the Hi3519_IMX226 embedded DSP control board through Linux system transplantation and cross compilation.Secondly,in this paper,the vibration signal of the stereo garage motor is collected and transmitted to the cloud to realize fault diagnosis function.By analyzing the influencing factors of motor vibration signals and noise sources,a model of sampling signals is established,and a stereo garage motor vibration signal processing algorithm combining wavelet denoising and lossless compression has been proposed.The threshold function of wavelet denoising has been improved,and a natural logarithm approximation threshold function is implemented.Simultaneously,the effects of the improved wavelet denoising algorithm and the selected LZMA lossless compression algorithm are verified through simulation and application tests.Finally,according to the system functional requirements,this paper designed a cloud data collection and control device based on ARM + PLC + DSP,including electrical wiring and layout of electrical control cabinet.This paper realized the functions of the bottom sensor information collection based on serial communication,cloud communication network data transmission,stereo garage automatic access car and human-machine interactive parking intelligent guidance.This paper solved key technical problems such as data loss,failed command setting,and module downtime that occur during data transmission,and deploys the system for field operation and joint debugging tests.The intelligent stereo garage cloud data collection and control system has been put into operation in Fenhu High-tech Zone in Suzhou City.The relevant performance indicators have met the project requirements,and the level of intelligent and network monitoring of the stereo garage has been improved.
