Nowadays with the rapid development of national economy and the remarkable improvement of people's living standard, the number of private vehicle of residents has also increased very fast. However, the shortage of urban land resource has lead to the phenomenon of parking confusedly, which causes the confusion of the traffic indirectly, destroys the dwelling environment and the image of the city, and influences the construction and development of the city. It is inconvenient for the harmonious and stabilizing development of the society.In order to solve the social problems caused by parking confusedly based on the engineering background of a company for the purpose of saving the manufacturing cost and reducing parking time and improving the operational efficiency of the stereo garage, the steelwork model of the stereo garage has been simplified. The force analysis of the main component has been done, finding that the safety margin of the existing steelwork structure system is too large, which wastes materials and takes manufacturing cost of the enterprise. Therefore, a mathematic model of optimal design of steelwork structure system has been built for the current stereo garage. After the computation and optimization, the whole volume of the steelwork decreases 6.57% with the satisfaction of strength, rigidity and stability. Finally, the steelwork after optimization and stereo garage of engineering practice by modular design were analyzed in the FEM analysis software ANAYS. The structural vibration modal of the steelwork was calculated, and the first 50th natural modal frequencies and the main modes were extracted and analyzed, which is very helpful to reduce the waste of the enterprise and provide a reference for the engineering practice.As for the existing defects of the parking management of the current stereo garage, a intelligent parking management system based on license plate automatic recognition technology was proposed. The system adapts the master-slave structure, namely the host management & control computer as host and the subordinate automatic control system of the stereo garage as salvers. The software and hardware of the system and the data communication with the form of asynchronous serial between host and subordinate was designed. In the end, through the debugging between management & control software on the master and LED display and control on the subordinate, the reliability of the system was proved. The topic proposed in this dissertation has important theoretical and practical significance for the development of stereo garage.
