Study On The Strategy Of Community Reconstruction Of Old City Under The Guidance Of Sharing Economy Theory

Under the background of urban stock housing planning,how to realize the organic renewal of shantytown and take advantage of its commercial value to bring the opportunities of sustainable development for the residents of shantytown has become a new topic for shantytown reconstruction.In recent years,Shared accommodation has not only achieved commercial success,but also produced good social benefits in terms of leading flexible employment,promoting the transformation of the service industry and the innovation and application of Internet technologies,which has brought new methods to the development of stock housing.From the perspective of the Sharing economy,renovation strategies and conceptual design scheme for the new model of the combination of Shared accommodation and reconstruction of old city are proposed by analyzing the representative old city reconstruction cases and the special models and experiences of leading companies in Shared accommodation.The vision of the thesis is to provide the residents with conditions and opportunities for sustainable development while realizing the reconstruction of the substantial environment of shantytowns,and to assist them to achieve a better life and self-worth.Literature research method,inductive research method,comparative research method,case research method and investigation research method are mainly used.First,two small-scale reconstruction theories of "organic renewal" and "progressive renewal" are analyzed,and the experience of three successful reconstruction cases are used for reference,including Juer Hutong program,Digua Community program and social security housing project of Alejandro Aravena,then the positioning and cognition of the reconstruction of the shantytown are formed.Secondly,the principles and development drivers of Sharing economy are systematically explained.The business model,profit model,development status and prospects of shared accommodation are analyzed,and then the characteristic experience of Airbnb,Tujia and Xiaozhu are discussed.Next,the analysis of the advantages and possible problems faced by the new model of the combination of Shared accommodation and reconstruction of old city is the key point of the thesis,a suitable method for the reconstruction of shantytowns is explored.Finally,the shantytown of Xiaowangfu Lane in Nanjing is conducted as the study object,the reconstruction strategies are put forward according to local conditions,and the final reconstruction results through the conceptual design scheme are presented.
