| A substation is a hub for the power grid to deliver power to power users.Its operating status directly determines the quality of power and the safety of electricity.In order to ensure the normal and stable operation of the substation,the health status of the electrical equipment in the station must be tested to detect the hidden troubles in advance.Infrared detection technology can realize non-contact temperature measurement,so as to realize the requirements of the operation status of the electrical equipment in the station under the condition of live operation,and provide the basis for the operation and maintenance of the substation.Therefore,the research on the fault diagnosis method of substation electrical equipment based on infrared detection technology can improve the technical level and work efficiency of substation daily inspection and maintenance.This paper first introduces the application of substation electrification detection and the development trend of domestic and foreign technology,discusses the basic principles of infrared radiation and infrared temperature measurement,and discusses the working principle of infrared detection technology and infrared thermal imaging equipment.On this basis,the typical substation equipment such as transformers,GIS equipment and circuit breakers are used as the object.The infrared charging detection method and the detection results using infrared thermal imaging equipment are studied,and the infrared detection results of some typical faults are summarized.The measurement distance,measurement angle and interference factors such as atmosphere and particle,solar illumination,thermal radiation,wind,emissivity and measurement angle are discussed in the actual application.The influence of these on the infrared detection results is analyzed.Technical measures.Then,the paper analyzes and studies the real cases in the actual work.Taking the faults of the C-phase neutral point sleeve heating,the current heating type and the voltage heating type electrical equipment as an example,the local heating and temperature rise of the equipment fault point are analyzed.The high characteristics and relationships summarize the method of fault judgment,and also verify the effectiveness of using infrared detection technology to realize fault detection of electrical equipment in substation.Finally,the paper summarizes the paper and puts forward suggestions for future work. |
