Research And Design Of Future Customized Buses Based On User Experience

In recent years,with the rapid development of my country’s urbanization process and motorization level,the number of residents’ cars has continued to increase,and a large number of contradictions between supply and demand have appeared in the operation of the urban transportation system.Traditional urban public transportation increasingly does not match people’s desire for better travel.Frequent bus transfers,congested bus environment,poor service quality,etc.,make public transportation gradually lose its attraction.At present,with the improvement of the urban transportation system,people’s travel needs are becoming more and more diversified,and customized buses are gradually appearing in the public eye.However,because my country’s customized buses are in their infancy,they have various deficiencies in many aspects,leading to The popularity is low and it is difficult to get better development.The emergence of customized buses is aimed at coordinating the pressure of public transportation,attracting private car passengers to move closer to public transportation and alleviating road congestion,in order to break the current limitations of customized buses and make customized buses better serve the public.It is necessary to conduct in-depth research on customized buses and people’s travel needs.Based on the research status of domestic and foreign customized buses and the actual operating conditions of domestic customized buses,this paper first analyzes the characteristics of customized buses,sorts out the latest bus designs at home and abroad,and summarizes and analyzes the development trends in the context of smart cities.Then,starting from the travel needs of passengers,the original variables of the ecological model,expanded psychological latent variables and user demand prediction methods were used to design questionnaire surveys,and the reliability of quantitative data was analyzed.Through in-depth interviews,on-site inspections and other means,we can gain in-depth understanding of users’ public Travel mode and ride experience,analyze the shortcomings of current public transportation travel.Then create character roles,build models,output demand lists,and explore opportunities.The user experience of sensory,behavioral and emotional levels is gradually studied,and the design direction and design principles for future customized buses are proposed.Finally,through rigorous analysis and reasonable assumptions Propose a customized travel design plan that meets the travel needs of users,and conduct design practices in terms of color,material,and form.
