| This paper analyzes the control methods,physical massage methods and micro-electric stimulation methods of the existing cervical spine therapeutic equipment,and designs a new type of cervical spine therapeutic equipment using mobile phone-controlled intelligent wireless control technology,electromagnetic drive technology and sweep electrical stimulation technology.First,through the development of the smartphone APP,a special wireless control APP for the treatment device is designed to make the treatment device more intelligent.Secondly,combined with electromagnetic drive technology,analyze the force of the permanent magnet in the energized solenoid,simulate the technique of percussion massage in Chinese medicine,and design an electromagnetic drive massage device to achieve low noise,easy maintenance,and more accurate neck acupuncture massage Effect.Aiming at the problem that the working parameters of the electric stimulation treatment of the existing treatment instrument are not accurate enough,the electric stimulation parameters of people of different genders and different age groups are explored in combination with the electric stimulation treatment technology.Electrical stimulation current changes need to automatically adapt to changes in human body resistance.AD sampling technology is used to collect real-time loop currents during electrical stimulation treatment.According to current changes,the output voltage of the device is changed in real time to achieve more accurate treatment parameters.This article has carried out experimental verification on the following three aspects of the process: First,through experiments to explore the changes in the amplitude of human muscles during the best percussion massage,combined with the driving conditions of the electromagnetic drive massage device,and finally get the best drive electromagnetic ejection massage head the size of the drive current.Secondly,by conducting electrical stimulation perception experiments on different experimenters,exploring their optimal working parameters,and analyzing the experimental data,the optimal waveform types,sweep frequency ranges and current magnitudes of electrical stimulation treatment methods for different groups of people are obtained.Finally,the "frame difference method" in image processing technology is used to qualitatively measure the amplitude of electrical stimulation of muscle contraction,and explore the relationship between the amplitude of muscle contraction and the treatment effect under the condition of somatosensory comfort. |
