With the objective development of China’s economy changing from high-speed to high-quality,the domestic construction and decoration industry also fully reflects this change.With the introduction of a large number of international advanced design concepts into China,the renewal of various new decoration materials and the closer integration of Internet technology and industry,the talent structure of the construction and decoration industry is also facing a new round of adjustment under such an objective environment.In the future,those comprehensive and high-quality practitioners who have undergone formal theoretical education in colleges and universities and passed a certain period of practical testing will become the hottest talents in the whole decoration industry market.As a small and medium-sized private enterprise in the construction decoration industry,WH Company has formed three business districts,which are based on the engineering project department and distributed in the Pearl River Delta,Yangtze River Delta and North China,starting from the small team in the initial stage,and after nearly ten years of continuous struggle.It has gained a firm foothold in the fine decoration industry and is moving towards a broader scope.Future development.However,in the face of the ever-expanding management front and the changing market in the future,the management problems of the project team become more and more prominent.For example,it is more and more difficult for the backbone personnel to obtain,it is difficult for them to match reasonably,the work enthusiasm is declining and the team members are losing.How about under such a crisis?To stabilize and manage a project team that not only meets the current needs of itself,but also can plan for future development and has excellent fighting capacity has become the most urgent problem to be solved.Based on the existing theories,combining WH’s own characteristics and the whole environment,through the in-depth analysis of the competency of professionals,this paper constructs a competency model,and establishes a scientific recruitment system based on the model.The direction of personnel acquisition and the source of personnel acquisition should be expanded.At the same time,optimize the project position and working mechanism,through the introduction of performance management,design a set of workflow that can actually land,so that the project team can do its best.Finally,the internal management mechanism is scientifically integrated to ensure the vitality and stability of the whole team.
