At present,because of the great advantage of foam asphalt regeneration technology for RAP treatment,more and more researchers are paying attention to it,and its application in engineering is also increasing.Based on the actual situation of the project,according to the characteristics of the strength formation of the foamed asphalt mixture,the physical,mechanical and operational properties of the foamed asphalt cold recycling mixture are studied.The optimal design of the cold recycling mixture of foamed asphalt is carried out,and the performance of the cold recycled asphalt foam mixture is enhanced.In the future.Based on the above problems,this paper carries out the following research.First of all,the foaming characteristics of asphalt were studied in order to explore the effects of different asphalt types,different water consumption and different foaming temperature on the foaming effect,so as to determine the optimal foaming conditions.By studying the mix proportion of cold recycled mixture of foamed asphalt and plant,the ratio of two splitting strength between dry and wet is used to judge whether the amount of asphalt is the most suitable index,and the best moisture content in mixing and compaction process is determined.Secondly,the influencing factors of the performance of foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture are studied,and the influence degree of the best asphalt content and the best water consumption on the performance of the foamed asphalt mixture is studied.The cold recycling technology is explored,combined with social benefits and practical performance,the technology of foamed asphalt cold recycling mixture is analyzed dialectically.Finally,based on the above research,Henan Provincial Highway 344(manliu Luoyu section of Ruyang County)is selected as the research object.In the construction process,the process flow is controlled strictly according to the requirements of construction specifications,so as to ensure that the road performance of the project can be correctly evaluated after the completion test.Through the late track inspection investigation,the rationality and advanced nature of the technology application of foamed asphalt cold recycling mixture were comprehensively evaluated.
