In recent years,the construction of China’s expressways can be said to be advancing by leaps and bounds,providing great convenience for people to go out.With the rapid growth of expressway mileage,traffic safety issues on the expressway have also attracted people’s attention.Among them,the vibration marking,which serves as a guiding marking,and also can issue a warning when the vehicle is about to cross the boundary,plays an important role in the safety of the highway.Although China’s specific specifications on vibration graticules are relatively complete,it can be found when consulting relevant materials that most of the specifications only give conclusive recommendations,and there are few data and literature that draw these conclusions,so this article is intended to be able to Provide basic data support for future optimization of vibration markings.This article mainly starts from the vibration mechanism when the tire passes the vibration marking,and establishes a three-dimensional simulation model with Abaqus software as the dynamic analysis and LMS.Virtual.Lab software as the acoustic response analysis.The starting point is the alertness of the noise to the driver.Optimize the design of vibration markings.First,we studied the three-dimensional modeling of the tire and its dynamics solving method,so as to obtain the vibration acceleration information of the tire tread when the tire passed different vibration markings.This vibration acceleration information will be used as a vibration excitation source for subsequent noise simulations.The finite element simulation method of noise is studied through the automatic matching layer technology(AML)and the automatic mapping commands of the LMS.Virtual.Lab software.In this way,the simulation of noise generated by the tire through different vibration markings is realized,and the noise distribution cloud map and sound pressure level curve around the tire are obtained.It provides a fast and effective simulation tool for optimizing the process of vibration marking and analyzing noise.Based on the analysis of nearly two hundred sets of data,we obtained the relationship between the geometric characteristics of the bumps of the vibration markings,the lateral spacing and the longitudinal spacing on the noise generated by the tires passing the vibration markings.On this basis,relevant suggestions on the optimal design of vibration markings are given.
