The proportion of tire noise in vehicle noise is increasing.The tire labeling law proposed by European countries and the Green Tire Technical Specification promulgated by China all impose more stringent restrictions on tire noise.The relationship between tire grounding and vibration noise is studied,and the evaluation parameters of tire vibration noise are put forward from the grounding parameters,which can optimize the scheme at the stage of design and meet the limitation requirements of regulations for tire noise.The research on noise reduction method of tire cavity resonance noise can effectively improve ride comfort.The research of tire vibration noise evaluation parameters and cavity resonance noise reduction methods can reduce vehicle noise,which has important theoretical significance and engineering value.Taking 275/70R22.5 TBR(all-steel radial truck)tire as the research object,the finite element analysis model of the tire was established by using ABAQUS software.The characteristics of tire inflation,loading,free rolling and vibration were analyzed.The validity of the finite element analysis model was verified by inflation test,tire grounding test,tire stiffness test and tire modal test.Taking tire tread,tire side and belt structure which significantly affect tire vibration noise as the research object,ABAQUS was used to carry out finite element simulation analysis,and LMS Virtual.Lab was used to carry out numerical simulation of tire vibration and noise.The effects of tire tread,tire side rubber material parameters and belt structure material parameters on tire vibration and noise were analyzed.Quantitative and qualitative relationships between tire radial stiffness,grounding performance parameters and tire vibration noise are established.The results show that tire radial stiffness can be used to evaluate the vibration noise qualitatively.Grounding performance parameters can be used to evaluate tire vibration noise quantitatively.of Shoulder average grounding pressure,overall average grounding pressure,shoulder grounding pressure deviation,overall grounding pressure deviation are highly correlated with vibration noise.The relationship between vibration noise and grounding performance parameters is established by multiple linear regression method,and then the evaluation parameters of tire vibration and noise are proposed.The validity of the evaluation parameters of tire vibration noise is verified by designing a validity verification scheme of the evaluation parameters of tire vibration noise.The influence of polyurethane porous material on the resonance noise of tire cavity was studied by simulation analysis method.The influence of the thickness,porosity,density and flow resistance of polyurethane porous material on the resonance noise of tire cavity was analyzed,which could provide guidance for the subsequent use of porous material to reduce the resonance noise of tire cavity and improve ride comfort.
