| At present,with the increasing traffic volume of urban roads,municipal roads and surrounding roads will produce various forms of damage,which will seriously affect the normal traffic and the appearance of the city.In this paper,the field survey statistics of common diseases appearing on the urban road manholes and their surrounding roads in Chongqing City.Various types of damage forms were classified and studied,and related data were consulted to analyze the causes of each disease.The finite element software ABAQUS was used to numerically analyze the failure mechanical behaviour of the manhole and the surrounding pavement under the load of the vehicle.Finally,according to the cause and mechanism of the destruction and related engineering practice,relevant measures that can effectively prevent the destruction of the manhole and the surrounding pavement under the load of the vehicle are studied.The preventive measures are applied in specific projects and the feasibility and practicality of the preventive measures are verified.The main research contents and conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)Collected and compiled relevant research data of domestic and foreign scholars on the damage of manholes and surrounding pavements,and summarized relevant conclusions and treatment measures.(2)On-site investigations were conducted on the destruction of some roads and surrounding roads in Chongqing,and various types of damage types were classified and the causes were described.(3)The survey found that sinking of manhole cover and broken road surface around the well are the two most common diseases.A detailed study and analysis of various possible causes of damage.The role of vehicle load is the main reason.(4)The finite element software ABAQUS is used to simulate the stress and deformation mechanism of each structural part of the manhole and the surrounding asphalt pavement structural layer and backfill soil under the load of the vehicle.Vehicle load is divided into static uniform load and moving impact load.The static uniformly distributed load is divided into two cases acting on the center and edge of the manhole cover.(5)According to the cause and mechanicai behaviour of the destruction of the manhole and the surrounding asphalt pavement,two effective treatment measures that are feasible in engineering are studied.One is to replace the backfill soil around the well with fluid fly ash for backfilling,cancel the mortar layer,and improve the related materials of the manhole structure.The second is to replace the hoop ring with a reinforced concrete slab structure of the hoop ring and consolidate it with the pavement structural layer around the well,so that the manhole structure and the surrounding roadside structural layer form a good overall force and coordinate deformation.Prevent uneven settlement of the manhole and surrounding pavement,and effectively reduce the destruction of the surrounding pavement structure.(6)The application of preventive treatment measures in the project has proved the effectiveness and practicality of the treatment measures. |
