| With the development of science and technology,in recent years,continuous in-depth research on Internet information technology has enabled cloud computing,the Internet of Things,and big data to enter the public’s field of vision and continue to be used in all walks of life.In this context,the manufacturing industry is gradually moving towards intelligence,information,structure,and service to meet the manufacturing needs of the new era.In 2010,Academician Li Bohu and his team put forward the concept of cloud manufacturing,which is a new technology model that integrates advanced manufacturing capabilities through cloud computing and the Internet of Things.It can enable ordinary resources to be properly planned through the network database to achieve the goal of efficient production.As an important node in cloud manufacturing,scheduling has become a key issue that must be solved in the development of cloud manufacturing.In view of this,under the support of the National Natural Science Foundation of China project "Manufacturability Evaluation Theories and Methods in the Cloud Manufacturing Environment",this paper studies the scheduling of workshop resources in the cloud manufacturing environment.The research content of this paper is as follows:First,by consulting a large number of relevant documents in the field of cloud manufacturing and referring to the latest research results in the field of cloud manufacturing at home and abroad,review and analyze the current research status of cloud manufacturing platforms and their scheduling problems,and explain them.Clarify the direction and significance of the research questions in this article.Secondly,analyze the resource types and resource manufacturing cycle in the cloud manufacturing environment.In order to solve the huge and complex manufacturing resources in cloud manufacturing,simplify process links,save manufacturing resources,reduce production time,and improve production efficiency,a method for decomposing complex manufacturing tasks under the cloud manufacturing platform is proposed.This method divides the production process into four specific aspects: design,manufacturing,transportation and maintenance,and establishes corresponding models for different aspects.Then,useing the in-depth optimization search algorithm,the fast modular algorithm and the artificial bee colony algorithm,the optimization plan for each stage of task decomposition is obtained.Finally,taking the workshop’s intelligent production line as an example,the feasibility of implementing the decomposition method under the cloud manufacturing platform is verified through example simulation.Finally,based on the decomposition results on the cloud manufacturing platform,the workshop where the tasks are released is analyzed,and the problem of resource scheduling in the workshop under the cloud manufacturing environment is studied.According to the actual production situation,the interference events such as new task addition,resource downtime or maintenance,and task cancellation are described,and the tasks are prioritized together with the workshop production tasks.Using game theory and improved particle swarm algorithm to establish an optimal scheduling model with the goals of total manufacturing time,total manufacturing cost,average manufacturing quality,and average resource utilization.Finally,the feasibility of the method is verified,and the flexibility of workshop scheduling under various interference conditions is realized,so that the scheduling scheme is more in line with actual production. |
