In recent years,the rapid development of the automobile industry,the automobile maintenance enterprises for high quality,high-quality skilled personnel demand is increasing,the requirements for automobile repair personnel are also higher and higher.However,the auto maintenance major in secondary vocational schools undertakes the important task of providing talents for enterprises.Although it develops rapidly,the automobile maintenance talents it provides cannot fully meet the actual needs of the enterprise,especially the comprehensive professional ability of the students cannot meet the work needs of the enterprise.Therefore,how to improve the comprehensive vocational ability of students has become an urgent problem to be solved in secondary vocational automobile maintenance majors.To solve above problems,based on the action oriented teaching theory as the instruction,construct action-oriented teaching mode based on technology integration in secondary professional practices described in this application,the advanced and scientific action-oriented teaching idea and thought is introduced into the vehicle maintenance and repair professional technical secondary school classroom teaching,to improve the effect of classroom teaching,meet the demand of talents.The teaching mode is constructed and practiced by literature,investigation,experimental comparison and other research methods.Combined with the actual investigation of the enterprise,the topic mainly analyzed summarized automobile service professionals must possess comprehensive vocational ability,action-oriented teaching theory as the foundation,using teaching methods with action-oriented characteristics for classroom teaching and optimizing classroom teaching,the purpose of constructing a work-study integrated action-oriented teaching model is to cultivate students with comprehensive vocational abilities suitable for future jobs,and ensuring the zero distance between the training of automobile maintenance talents and the job demands of enterprises.In the practical application of the teaching mode,this topic is practiced in the course "Automobile Engine Mechanical System Maintenance".The engine mechanical system maintenance task is introduced into the classroom teaching as a learning situation,and the action-oriented teaching process runs through the whole teaching process.Action-oriented teaching mode based on technology integration goal is to cultivate students with comprehensive vocational abilities suitable for future jobs,and combine vocational training with actual job requirements,in order to cultivate more high-quality,high-quality skilled talents to meet the needs of enterprises.At the same time,the research practice of this topic provides some reference for the exploration of the mode of talent training quality for the processing and manufacturing related majors in secondary vocational schools.
