Under the background of vigorously developing vocational education and deepening the integration of industry and education,the research on "master-apprentice mode of project teaching" is carried out in mechatronics major in secondary vocational schools.it has a certain practical significance for innovating the organizational form of teaching,enhancing the effect of professional teaching and improving the quality of personnel training.By deeply excavating the theoretical connotation of project teaching and apprenticeship system,the master-apprentice mode of project teaching has become a new and effective teaching mode for mechatronics majors.This study aims at the problems such as the gradual weakening of the application project teaching of mechanical and electrical specialty in secondary vocational schools,the "willingness and powerlessness" of front-line teachers,and the effective integration of apprenticeship teaching into professional teaching,taking three vocational secondary schools as an example.starting with the investigation of the current situation of project teaching and apprenticeship in secondary vocational schools,this paper finds the problems,analyzes the conditions,and seeks effective solutions.Under the guidance of the organizational form of project teaching and the theory of apprenticeship,through the construction of "master-apprentice mode of project teaching" in secondary vocational schools,the teaching idea of "project guidance,master-apprentice pairing and community learning" is formed.that is,a new form of teaching organization,which takes the teaching project as the foundation,the six steps of project teaching as the procedure,the pairing of master and apprentice as the bridge,and the community of master and apprentice as the means of learning.It promotes the atmosphere of teaching and learning of master and apprentice,which highlights the key role of master and apprentice.This paper constructs the "master-apprentice mode of project teaching" from the aspects of project teaching principle,master selection,master-apprentice formation mechanism,teaching project construction,evaluation system and teaching procedure,and further verifies theeffectiveness of the master-apprentice model of project teaching through practical research in school training teaching and on-the-job practice in enterprises.This is not only a change in the teaching concept of professional teachers,but also a deepening of the teaching behavior system of mechatronics major.The results show that the master-apprentice model of project teaching can effectively stimulate the apprentice's interest in professional learning,improve the apprentice's professional skills and professional accomplishment,and lay a good foundation for students to go to work.The construction and practice of "master-apprentice mode of project teaching" not only makes a certain theoretical supplement to the teaching reform of mechanical and electrical major in secondary vocational schools.it also has a certain practical value in enriching teaching methods,paying attention to the characteristics of professional learning,combing the relationship between master and apprentice,improving professional ability,and innovating the form of integration of industry and education.
