The "Made in China 2025" promulgated by the State Council promotes the rapid development of my country’s manufacturing industry and the gradual increase in the level of talents.Vocational education is a cross-border education that spans vocational fields and teaching fields,and plays a key role in the country’s economic development.With the continuous deepening of the education reform process,vocational education is also facing a brand new development space.This research is based on Dewey’s "learning by doing" and constructivism theory,and the research methods used are literature research method,interview research method and questionnaire survey method."Foundation" was developed to better meet the needs of today’s industrial structural transformation and upgrading.Through the investigation of mechanical processing enterprises and secondary vocational schools,the aim is to find out where the content of the basic mechanical courses in secondary vocational schools does not match the talents required by the enterprises.On the basis of enterprise research,take the International J Group as an example,after four months of meticulous visits and investigations and workshop on-site inspections,and fully participated in the in-depth interviews at the first-line production and processing positions.The survey results found that the current problems of secondary vocational students in mechanical processing enterprises are in three aspects,including the inconsistency of the teaching ability of the school and the needs of the enterprise,the inconsistency of theoretical and practical skills with the needs of the enterprise,and the inconsistency of the professionalism of the position with the needs of the enterprise.In the investigation of secondary vocational schools,it is mainly from the perspective of school development and enterprise needs to sort out the relationship between talent training in secondary vocational schools.Through a questionnaire survey of 288 secondary vocational students,it is found that the main problems of the current "Mechanical Fundamentals" course are the inconsistency of the course content arrangement and the acceptance of students’ own level,the mismatch of course knowledge and enterprise demand and ability,and the way of course evaluation is too single.Based on the above survey of machining enterprises and secondary vocational schools,this research uses a working process-based method to develop the "Machinery Fundamentals" course,which includes three parts: course objectives,development paths and specific steps,and teaching evaluation.Curriculum objectives are mainly formulated from the three dimensions of knowledge and skills,process and methods,and emotional attitudes and values;the development path and specific steps are divided into determining job positions(groups)and typical work tasks,determining inductive action areas,and based on the work process There are four parts: the conversion of learning fields and the creation of learning contexts;the curriculum evaluation is a multi-subject evaluation,with procedural and result evaluations as the main part.Select Guangzhou H Vocational and Technical School as the object of course implementation,and select the mechanical transmission chapter of the "Mechanical Basics" course through the analysis of academic conditions and textbooks to implement the course,and the feedback of the teaching implementation effect can prove the course development based on the work process The model can effectively improve the vocational ability,professional ethics,and job cognition level of the vocational students in the learning process of the future vocational positions,and consolidate the work foundation for the vocational students to engage in corporate professional positions after graduation.
