Driven by the National Strategy of high-end upgrading and innovation-driven manufacturing,China’s manufacturing enterprises urgently need to focus on internal circulation and take a new development path of two-wheel drive,as a traditional labor-intensive industry,the development of innovation must depend on the improvement of comprehensive ability and professional skills,so the core of "solving practical comprehensive problems" should be emphasized in the cultivation of professional skills.At the same time,the development of intelligent manufacturing technology requires the interdisciplinary and deep integration of the knowledge and skills in the field of mechanical specialty,which puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of mechanical professional talents and challenges to the teaching of traditional specialty courses,at the same time,it provides opportunity and possibility for the new teaching mode..This paper starts with the development and implementation of specific courses,studies the effective teaching strategies of technology integration and ability cultivation,and selects the course "mechanical basis" as an example,in view of the status quo of traditional classroom teaching,such as "subject solidification,dull content,separation of theory from practice and single method",3D printing technology is put into classroom application,and project-based teaching reform is explored and practiced,to solve the practical problem of "high consumption,low income,ability training is not outstanding".This thesis mainly includes the following research contents:1.Analysis of research basis: including research background,research significance,existing research results,research methods,theoretical basis.2.Analysis of the status quo of curriculum implementation: Through the demand for jobs,Teaching method,Student experience and other aspects of the survey.This paper summarizes the practical problems existing in the orientation of the curriculum objectives,the design of the curriculum structure,the selection of the teaching contents,the design of the teaching methods and the approaches to the implementation of the curriculum.3.Course design and development: revise the course standard of "mechanical basis" development of teaching project and optimization of evaluation method based on 3D printing.The revision of the course standard is based on the training needs of professional talents,and the Standard 1 + X certificate is required to define the four dimensions of knowledge,ability,quality and evaluation.The Teaching Project Development Takes 3D printing as the implementation method,integrates the teaching content,integrates the original knowledge system into four items and 15 tasks,realizes the knowledge,the skill,the ability synchronous enhancement.Teaching evaluation through the teaching standards,projects,tasks,evaluation of the inherent relationship between the elements of building a positive gradient decomposition,reverse feedback layer-by-layer closed-loop evaluation system.4.Implementation Effect Analysis: through the implementation process records,classroom data collation,student achievement condensation,to the classroom participation,ability development curve,goal achievement and so on launches the analysis,summarizes the implementation effect,at the same time,it reflects on the significance of promoting the reform of other mechanical courses.5.Exploring the integration of production and education: Through the extension of curriculum reform to explore new ideas of the integration of industry and education,and cooperation with enterprises to complete innovative design,to solve practical problems.This topic takes the secondary vocational education talented person training as the goal,studies and Explores Mechanical Foundation curriculum reform,unifies the 3D printing technology,solves the curriculum actual question,for the Secondary Vocational School specialized basic curriculum reform to add a brick.
