Urban underground pipe network is the "meridians" of a city.The healthy operation of underground pipe network is the guarantee for the daily life of urban residents.Problems in any link of underground pipe network will seriously affect the normal life of residents.At present,the operation and maintenance management level of underground pipe network system in most cities is low,This leads to serious waste of resources and has been in a state of "passive" management.In order to make underground pipe network more safe and efficient operation,Research on "Intelligent pipe networks" has been put on the agenda.BIM Technology Application is one of the key contents of the construction of "Intelligent city".Based on this,the integration of BIM Technology and underground pipe network monitoring system has become a new form of underground pipe network monitoring management.This article takes the underground pipe network of Yantai University as the research object.Through the analysis of the problems existing in the operation stage of underground pipe network system,and proposed the use of BIM Technology Integration of underground pipe network real-time monitoring system,real-time monitoring of the operation of the pipe network,which makes the following research.First,the characteristics and standards of BIM Technology was analyzed,Based on2 D CAD drawings of underground pipe networks and heat exchange stations,The three-dimensional models of the school’s underground water supply pipe network,heating pipe network and school heat exchange station were drawn by the BIM core modeling software Revit.In order to improve the accuracy of the models,the models were refined in depth by the collision check analysis of the models.Then,the feasibility of the application of BIM technology under the B/S structure was analyzed,on this basis,technologies such as HTML5,CSS and Java Script were used,Forge was selected as the main platform for lightweight processing of the BIM model of the underground pipeline network.Through Web design,the display of the BIM lightweight model on the Web was finally realized.It provides technical support for the application of the BIM model in the real-time monitoring system of the underground pipeline network.Finally,the real-time monitoring system of underground pipe network was initially constructed,The overall design ideas and development process of the underground pipeline network implementation monitoring system were expounded,The Internet of Things data information of the heating pipe network and water supply pipe network of Yantai University is studied.Through the analysis of the monitoring functions of the water supply network and the heating network,the appropriate monitoring equipment was selected,and the real-time monitoring of the model data was designed.
