Urban underground pipe network is an important infrastructure and "lifeline" to ensure the normal operation of the city,which is responsible for providing energy and information flow.However,with the continuous acceleration of urbanization,the maintenance of urban underground pipe network is becoming more and more difficult,and the untimely maintenance leads to frequent accidents of underground pipe network.In recent years,the development of Internet of things technology has gradually matured.Using Internet of things technology to promote the construction of smart city is a new development direction.Based on the research status of pipe network monitoring system,this paper designs and implements a pipe network data monitoring system with stability,low power consumption and maintainability.The main research contents are as follows.(1)Build the software and hardware platform of pipe network monitoring system.Due to the communication limitation in the pipe network,the communication mode is divided into Bluetooth Low Energy(BLE)and Narrow Band Internet of Things(NB-IoT).The hardware is selected according to the performance requirements of the system,and the hardware platform is designed.According to the component-based idea,the application components such as I2C,RS485 and ADC are designed,and the multi-functional tasks of the terminal are divided.At the same time,the multi hop routing and forwarding algorithm of the terminal is designed to ensure the transmission of data in ad hoc network.Web pages are used as human-computer interaction software to visualize terminal data,and provide monitoring and early warning,equipment management and other functions.(2)Low power consumption design of pipe network monitoring system.In view of the limited power supply capacity of lithium battery,the battery power is measured through the electricity meter chip DS2781,and the power information is transmitted to the cloud,so as to replace the battery in time.In terms of terminal software,the low-power strategy of the terminal is designed to reduce the power consumption overhead on the premise of ensuring the normal application of the terminal,prolong the life time of lithium battery,and make it suitable for the scene with limited power supply capacity.(3)Maintainability design of pipe network monitoring system.Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to maintain the terminal program in the later stage,a remote update scheme based on flash space storage optimization is proposed,which divides the update reservation area and sign area.The scheme parses and transmits the update program through the remote update software,applies the data frame response mechanism and update timeout mechanism to ensure the stable transmission of data,and designs the update coverage mechanism in the terminal to ensure the reliable replacement of the program.This paper designs and implements the data monitoring system of urban underground pipe network.The experimental results show that the system can accurately monitor the condition of pipe network and has good operation performance.This scheme provides a new idea for using Internet of things technology to manage underground pipe network,which has certain social significance and application prospect.
