| The safety of the urban underground pipe network directly affects the normal production and life of urban residents.In recent years,the country’s urbanization process has advanced in depth,urban development and construction has accelerated,and the underground network has expanded significantly,making the maintenance of the “Network of Life” more and more difficult.In recent years,the IoT technology has become increasingly mature and has been applied in many fields.The IoT technology system provides a new development direction for the modernization and smart construction of cities.Therefore,it is of great social significance for the management needs of the city’s integrated pipe network.According to the specific requirements of the urban pipe network,combined with the IoT technology system,the paper proposes a pipe network intelligent monitoring system based on the IoT technology.The system includes a three-layer structure of intelligent perception layer,information transmission layer and management control layer.The paper describes the structure,design ideas and operating functions of the intelligent pipe network system,explains the basic process of the intelligent pipe network monitoring system,and demonstrates the reliability and stability of the system.In view of the safety problems existing in the pipeline network,the system design can monitor the pipeline network environment in real time,mainly monitoring the combustible gas concentration,liquid level change information and municipal manhole cover pressure value status,through data analysis for risk assessment and early warning,the paper aims at The environmental factors in the network have designed and developed a pressure sensor for manhole cover pressure detection,which improves the reliability of the sensing layer sensor to obtain basic data.The intelligent monitoring system has greatly improved the operation efficiency of the city’s comprehensive pipe network,and the intelligent management method has improved the municipal service level. |
