| Located in the Guangzhou region,the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,with its superior geographical environment and prosperous business circle,attracts talents from all over the world and promotes the rapid development of high quality and large quantity of office buildings.Office buildings are characterized by large number of people and long use time.Especially in Guangzhou region,because of long sunshine time,high temperature and high humidity,office buildings are mostly in a closed space state,and the regulation of indoor environment heavily depends on the regulation of air conditioning system.The health and comfort of indoor personnel largely depends on the control effect of air conditioning system on indoor thermal state and air quality.The efficient air conditioning system control is closely related to the reasonable evaluation of indoor environment.How to effectively evaluate the indoor thermal environment,air quality and personnel’s subjective sensations,and give system control guidance,is an important link to improve the indoor environment quality and satisfaction of office buildings.Therefore,this topic through the way of questionnaire survey in Guangzhou region(as the typical representative in Guangzhou city)office building indoor environment research,using the mathematical statistics method to the measured objective parameters,the relationship between the subjective and objective and subjective preference of a link between the analysis,to obtain the comprehensive evaluation model of the indoor environment,its application and the fuzzy control algorithm,provide the basis for the operation of the air conditioning system control and method of support,thus improve the air-conditioning system of office building indoor thermal environment and air quality control performance.Taking Guangzhou as an example,this study investigated the indoor environment conditions of 49 multi-person offices(6-30 people scale),and obtained 506 valid data.The research content includes the following aspects:1)objective parameters of indoor environment:thermal comfort parameters(T,V,RH),indoor air quality parameters(CO2,PM2.5);2)People’s subjective sensations and expectations of relevant parameters;3)Overall satisfaction with the environment,attention to each parameter and expected improvement measures.The results show that the objective parameters of indoor environment are not uniform,so indoor people have different evaluation.Pearson correlation analysis shows that there is a correlation between various objective indoor parameters,and there is also a statistical correlation between subjective expectation,subjective satisfaction and indoor environment overall satisfaction.It is of good physical and practical significance to integrate and evaluate these parameters. |
