With the improvement of service in office buildings in China,the comfort standard of indoor environment is also improved in office buildings constantly.In order to achieve the indoor comfort standard,the huge energy consumption is consumed.However,the indoor comfort is the subjective perception to indoor environment,not the higher or stricter standard.Therefore,the key point of indoor environment in office buildings is transformed from creating the more comfortable indoor environment to reducing energy consumption while ensuring indoor comfort to realize sustainable indoor environment as much as possible.The indoor environments of office buildings are studied in this paper.Firstly,the occupants'demands of indoor environment and the energy consumption of air-conditioning system are resrerched.Secondly,the indoor thermal comfort,indoor air quality and the energy consumption of air-conditioning system are optimized dynamically.Finally,the KPI?Key Performance Indicators?of indoor thermal environment and indoor air quality are controlled to achieve the indoor comfort and energy saving.The main aspects of this paper are as following:?1?The research on the weights of indoor environment factors and indoor comfort model.The group decision method based on AHP?Analytic Hierarchy Process?is proposed.The weights of four indoor environment factors?thermal environment,air quality,luminous environment and acoustic environment?are determined according to the subjective survey data of occupants.The differences and regularities of occupants'demands on indoor environment factors are analyzed qualitatively under the conditions of different meteorological parameters,different room and different behaviors of occupants.The indoor comfort model can be established based on the weights and KPI?indoor air temperature,indoor relative humidity and indoor CO2 concentration?of indoor thermal comfort and indoor air quality.?2?The research on the factors and the model of energy consumption of air-conditioning system in office buidling.The simulation and analysis of energy consumption of air-conditioning system are realized according to the meteorological parameters,indoor occupancy density and indoor environment KPI?air temperature,relative humidity and CO2 concentration?.The model of energy consumption of air-conditioning system is established based on the predominant meteorological parameters,indoor occupancy density and indoor environment KPI by the method of Extreme Learning Machine?ELM?.?3?The research on the multi-objective optimization and unique solution decision of the KPI.Taking the indoor comfort model and energy consumption model of air-conditioning system as the objective functions,NSGA-II?Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II?is adopted to optimize the indoor air temperature,indoor relative humidity and indoor CO2 concentration.The Pareto optimal solutions of the above parameters are solved.The method of fuzzy decision-making is proposed for solving the unique solution from many Pareto optimal solutions.The results show that it can not only improve the indoor comfort but also save energy consumption of air-conditioning system by using the unique solution.?4?The research on the control of indoor CO2 concentration and indoor air temperature.Taking the unique solution of indoor CO2 concentration and indoor air temperature as the optimal set-point of indoor environment control system,the strategy and method of ventilation control system and temperature control system are studied respectively.1)Due to the time delay and non-linear in CO2 concentration control system,fuzzy control strategy is adopted to adjust the fresh air supply in ventilation control system.2)Due to the large time delay,great inertia and time-varying in indoor temperature control system,the method of non-parametric prediction and application is proposed.The fuzzy adaptive control system based on the on-line non-parametric predictor is designed to realize the indoor temperature control.The results show that indoor CO2 concentration and indoor temperature can be controlled effectively.In this paper,a methodology of dynamic regulation and control for creating comfort and energy saving indoor environment is proposed.The conflict between indoor comfort and energy saving is solved.It provides effective regulating and controlling strategies and methods for the sustainable indoor environment in office buildings.
