With the rapid development of social economy and the need of infrastructure construction,the construction industry,as one of the important industries in China,plays a vital role.Multiple tower cranes are the most important equipment in most construction site layout facilities.The determination of their layout position and the anti-collision between tower cranes are an important problem in the layout of construction site.However,the traditional layout scheme of group towers is difficult to quantify and low efficiency,and even experienced project technicians are difficult to give a set of precise layout scheme.Therefore,it is an important realistic meaning to develop a simple,easy to operate and high computational efficiency optimization method for group tower operation layout for engineering safety and social and economic development.The main research content of this paper is reflected in the following aspects:(1)First of all,this paper analyzes the research status of group tower layout at home and abroad by referring to literature,sorts out the relevant principles of group tower operation in the layout and summarizes them.An optimal layout method of group tower is proposed,and the position and coordinate of the optimal layout scheme of group tower can be directly obtained by inputting the length of the front and rear arms of tower crane,the distance between tower crane and the building,the length of the attached rod of tower crane and the discretization precision.(2)Secondly,the optimization method is written based on Python language,and an image reading and writing method is proposed to extract the data and information needed in the process of group tower layout planning from the construction plan.Taking the exterior contour of buildings as the research object,a quantified calculation method is proposed to discretize the two continuous attributes of the contour of buildings and the contour of tower crane layout by using Python programming,and the approximate coordinates of tower crane layout are determined by this method.(3)Furthermore,taking the maximum forearm length between any two tower cranes as the conditional limit,the distance between the two tower cranes should be greater than the conditional limit,and the Angle relationship between the tower crane attachment device and the building to determine all the conditions of the layout of multiple tower cranes.Taking the maximum lifting area of multiple tower cranes and the minimum distance between the building contour line and the tower cranes as the objective function,a global search was carried out for all the possible layout conditions,and the optimal layout scheme of group towers was obtained.(4)Finally,this paper selects an engineering-planned residential district as a case study of the project.The outer contour of the building and the red line of the forbidden tower crane in the building plan are drawn.The model of the tower crane and the key parameters such as the length of the arm are selected.By running the optimization program of the group tower layout,the optimal scheme of the group tower layout of the residential district project is solved,which proves the feasibility and practicability of the optimization method.This optimization scheme has the advantages of fast operation speed and can effectively improve the efficiency of tower crane layout scheme in the early stage of the project,which makes the layout of group tower operation more accurate and digital.
