With the expansion of city construction scales, there were more than one or even dozens of tower cranes in one operating area. The accident of tower cranes collision happened just after the accident of tower crane collapse, impact with the high-voltage wires and weight decoupling. In order to reduce the accident of tower crane, improve the safety and efficiency of construction, this paper presents a kind of anti-collision avoidance algorithm which improved the traditional tower cranes anti-collision algorithm, so that the tower crane can predict the collision probability, automatically adjust its running state, intelligent avoid each other, reduce downtime, improve construction efficiency.The main task of this project is to use the embedded technology, wireless communication technology, design an anti-collision system which can make the group of tower cranes automatically avoid each other. The main work and results are as follows:1. On the basis of the traditional tower cranes anti-collision algorithm, construct an automatic avoidance algorithm in some cases to reduce downtime, improve the construction efficiency.2. In order to realize the anti-collision avoidance algorithm, the state information between tower cranes must interact in real-time. Referring to traditional token bus network, design a wireless real-time communication protocol to transfer date between tower cranes. 3. Taking the embedded ARM processor S3C2410as the core, complete each circuit module design and build hardware circuit of the system.4. On the basis of hardware circuit, transplant the U-boot, Linux operating system and QT, build software platform of the system.5. In the environment of Linux, perform QT application programming to realize the collision avoidance and real-time communication algorithm, and debugging.
