| With the urban development and renewal,in the programme of urban renovation,the old building functions and parking demands are changing.The original parking facilities cannot match the parking demand after the renovation,and disorderly parking is prone to occur,occupying the resource-strained old urban road network,which is,and causing increased congestion.The traffic increase caused by additional parking facilities will also occupy the already tight road network resources.It is necessary to analyze the road network traffic and parking gap,so as to determine the reasonable parking scale,and control the traffic impact of the traffic increment caused by parking on the road network within an acceptable range.In view of this kind of quantitative analysis of the parking scale in the old urban area at the meso level,the existing parking allocation standards set more lower limit values and less set upper limit values,which cannot take into account the traffic impact on the surrounding road network and is not applicable.Most of the existing research methods are based on the macrolevel urban road network,which requires basic data of high integrity and accuracy,or are difficult to obtain the parameters involved,and thus cannot be applicable.Therefore,a more practical quantitative analysis method is needed to solve such problems,which can not only consider the constraints of the surrounding road network and traffic impact,but also reduce the difficulty of data acquisition,and put forward quantitative basis on this basis.Based on the above two requirements,this paper studies the quantitative analysis method of parking scale in built-up area.The main tasks are as follows:1.Review existing researches and summarize research ideas.Summarize the research ideas of road network carrying capacity,parking scale,interaction between the two and parameter calibration of simulation model,sorts out the relationship and analysis methods between road network and parking,and defines the application characteristics and data requirements of various methods,etc.;2.Establish a quantitative analysis model of parking scale considering the carrying capacity of road network.Analyze the road network carrying capacity,parking scale and the interaction between the two,disassemble the relationship into three parts,establish a quantitative model of parking scale,and obtain the reasonable number of parking scale under the current carrying capacity of road network and analyze the additional parking demand.Among them,the initial value of road network capacity is calculated by the two-dimensional model of space-time consumption method,the traffic impact reduction coefficient of parking is defined,the traffic volume-parking demand model is modified,and the parameter values are discussed.3.Establish a simulation analysis method for parking scale.Based on the simulation software Vissim4.3,referring to the simulation method of traffic allocation in the road network capacity research method,the idea of the simulation analysis of parking size is proposed based on the layered superposition,and the new parking demand threshold and the corresponding parking scale number under the current limit of the road network are obtained.Combined with related research,the initial parameter set is selected,the calibration index is determined,and the sensitivity analysis and parameter calibration methods are discussed.One-way an OVA was used for parameter sensitivity analysis,genetic algorithm and VBA were used for parameter calibration,and cluster analysis was used for value discussion.4.Case study.The traffic volume and parking surveys were conducted on the case,and the survey plan formulation,data survey and analysis were completed.According to the quantitative analysis model of parking scale,the reasonable parking scale and the new parking demand value are calculated.According to the parking scale simulation analysis method,the simulation road network model is built,parameter sensitivity analysis and parameter calibration were completed,and the queue length is used as the evaluation index,three schemes were set up for the superposition analysis of parking arrival traffic volume,and the threshold value of new parking demand under each scheme was obtained,and the optimal scheme was selected according to the results.The parking demand analysis results of the two methods are relatively close,indicating that the analysis method is effective and the ideas can be used for reference. |
