| With the change of market environment and the further intensification of market competition,basic manufacturing enterprises are increasingly competitive.Tongruida is a heavy and medium truck series of truck chassis bracket type parts of the basic manufacturing private enterprises,mechanical processing workshop is the company’s most core production department,due to its complex product structure,a wide range of equipment,high staff density,Because of its complex product structure,a wide range of equipment and high personnel intensity,the mechanical processing workshop has been the most concerned section of the company.Due to the long-term sloppy management,the system process standardization is not high.There is a product production process that is not optimized enough,the production line is not balanced enough,production site management chaos,and other problems.This situation causes low production efficiency,ineffective equipment,personnel,energy consumption,and other intensified losses,and the production process generated a lot of waste phenomenon,also accompanied by the rise in business operating costs,resulting in serious internal consumption of enterprises,invariably increasing the burden of enterprises.This not only makes it difficult to create benefits for the enterprise but also seriously hinders the development of the enterprise.First,by using production operation management and other methods through the adjustment of workshop personnel job functions,equipment layout is not reasonable,production operations are not standardized,the product structure is bloated,low utilization of equipment and other problems to improve,in order to ensure the efficient and orderly production state of the workshop and the standardization and synergy between organizations,to increase the competitiveness of enterprise products.Secondly,using lean production theory and ECRS methods,etc.to adjust the existing production inefficiency and production line imbalance in the workshop,by improving bottleneck processes,merging and rearranging processes,etc.to eliminate the efficiency loss of imbalance between operations,so as to achieve the goal of improving efficiency and increasing the production efficiency of the enterprise.In turn,through the use of 5S gemba management theory and other production site materials,equipment,personnel,and other production factors to carry out the corresponding activities to sort out and optimize the production site to improve the production site irregularities continuously,to create a standardized production site,to promote the smooth development of the workshop work objectives.The conclusion of the paper shows that through the above-mentioned optimization of the production efficiency of the mechanical processing workshop of Tongruida,combining all aspects of workshop personnel,machines,materials,laws,and environmental protection,we can achieve more than 10% improvement in the daily output efficiency of the workshop,more than 5 personnel optimization,15%reduction in equipment failure rate,and more than 15% reduction in ineffective labor and time.The optimization plan in this paper can improve the workshop production and processing efficiency under certain conditions,which is conducive to the workshop to achieve an efficient production and processing beat,improve the per capita efficiency and output ratio,eliminate various waste phenomena in the production chain,and effectively improve the workshop production site environment.In the long run,it is also conducive better to reduce the company’s production and operation costs,improve the competitiveness of machine-processed products,and enable the enterprise to obtain more sustainable development. |
