Lean production is developed with the continuous development and progress of society and the competition among the manufacturing enterprises.With development and progress of society,the global economy is showing a rapid development situation that force manufacturing enterprises have to attach importance to the application of lean production theories.MM company,as a subsidiary corporation of the world's Top 500 automobile manufacturing enterprises in China which introduced lean production system in 2011.Over the past few years,benefitted from the lean production,the company has witnessed sharp growth in the aspects of production capacity,sales turnover as well as the number of employees.However over the course of lean production implementation in MM company,still there is the problem that theory and practice are not closely linked,which is the lean production theory applied in the actual production cannot really improve production and reduce waste a lot.This paper researches and analyzes the existing problems of lean implementation in MM company,so as to provide a reference for its implementation and development in future.Taking the MM company as a research object,using the methods of literature research,case and empirical analysis,the paper will analyze the current situation of lean production implemented in MM company,to find out the problems from the analysis of the current situation,and work out countermeasures to improve the Lean implementation in production.Through this research,the problems in MM Company include:production efficiency can not adapt to the demand of product,go-slow phenomenon of production workers and site production management system not comprehensive enough.In order to improve current problems of lean implementation in MM Company,the main strategies include:improve production efficiency to meet customer demand;improve employees enthusiasm and establish a comprehensive production management system such as carry out seriously "6S" principle;specify Kanban management;improve internal logistics and staff participation consciousness;improve the stability of staff;establish the perfect incentive mechanism;reduce operation time when switching collinear product line and balance operator's operation time on the same production line and improve site manager's management ability etc.The research of this paper has a positive significance to the development of MM company's production mode.The production mode of MM company would be continuously improved,the quality and efficiency of the company's products would be improved as well.Meanwhile,it also provides a reference for the application of lean production in other manufacturing enterprises,and gradually improve the application of this theory in practical production,promote its implementation,and further promote the development of China's economy.Its significances include:first,pay attention to the idea of lean production propaganda;second,the manufacturing enterprise managers should attach importance to the lean system in the production of the enterprise;third,relevant enterprise managers should pay attention to staff training and incentives.
